Okay, this POS is just basically a mining/ratting base. Not designed to be a deadly to all-comers - would like it to stand up to a small squad and require some effort or time to pop but no idea if it will (my last star-base was never attacked, so never tested in this respect):
1 x Medium Gallente Control Tower
1 x Medium Intensive Refinery 1 x Corporate Hangar Array 1 x Ship Maintenance Array
2 x Medium Artillery Battery 2 x Small Artillery Battery
2 x Stasis Webification Battery
1 x Explosion Damping Array 1 x Photon Scattering Array
I'm fitting the artie batteries with EMP and Phased Plasma (one of each).

Hmmmm well the idea is not to keep them there - if they want to warp out - thats fine

Well...if you **** anyone off enough to go to the effort of putting down your POS, they'll do it with dreads, otherwise they have no hope, there's no medium setup however that will stop a serious dread attack, even of just a couple.
So yeah, looks good for keeping average joe away, but a medium against someone who's serious is dead, unless you have the pilots to directly thwart the attack.

Okay, yes, thats what I thought. Just didn't want a random passing gank squad to be able to take it out.

Quite solid setup overall, but I would keep medium refining array offline when not in use (it onlines quite fast) and squeeze in at least one long range warp disruptor. That discourages lone snipers to jump in and try to pop your support should you need actually defend that tower. Also adds slight risk moment for single dreadnaughts with small support trying to pop it (should you decide to defend it when it comes under attack).

One comment:
You are setting up a gallente pos but are using minmatar guns and are not taking advantage of the gallente silobonus(the only reason to use gallente towers imo).
Did not compare CPU output of these two towers right now as i'm at work, but i'd say it's an ok setup but on the wrong tower. Use a minmatar tower if you can. It has much better defences and you get bonus to those minmatar guns you use + it got more power so you can fit more guns if you want.

Yes, I chose the tower type mainly based on the ice products available nearby. Without it, I've got one extra hauler trip from empire deep into 0.0 .
But I will have a think about that for sure.......
