In 0.0 *NO* amount of money is enough because it is all spent on equipment.
It doesn't matter how much you can make ratting in 0,0 you always need more, it is a bottomless pit that cannot be filled.
So the guys out in 0.0 blowing each other up are broke because they're out in 0.0 blowing each other up, not because 0.0 doesn't have enough rewards.
Not enough rewards in 0.0?
How much does a 10/10 complex pay out again? In the billions I hear?
And you're whining about some mission runner making 10 mil an hour when you can mine 30 mil an hour in 0.0?
Missions don't hold any special advantage in money making other than the fact that
1) Its more fun to run missions than rat
2) its more fun to run missions than mine
3) Its more fun to run missions than trade
That's the reason there are so many mish runners. Not because it pays out stupid money for no risk.
First of all its not stupid money, I don't consider 10-20 mil an hour an insane amount of cash.
Second of all its not without risk. Human opponents pfft. Lag is an opponent even BoB can't defeat. Try spending 20 seconds turning on a module, and spending 3 weeks waiting for a reimbursement.
The simple truth is 0.0 sucks.

Yes there is alot of money to be made, but the little guy can't do anything out there. Without dreads and carriers and blobs and billions in assets, you can't do anything.
Thats why theres corps like Privateers, because nobody wants to make 50 jumps just to buy a shield booster.
0.0 is for hardcore players who treat Eve like a job.
I'm not a hardcore player, I have 30 million isk and a Battlecruiser. Most of my time is spent running missions and chatting.
I've done the alliance thing, it's overrated.
Like I said, alliance 0.0 life is a cup that cannot be filled, no matter how much money CCP gives you for ratting in 0.0 it will never be enough, because you will use the money for the next bada$$ piece of equipment and go lose it.
