Depends on skills. Would most likely die from boredom first, though.

30min, Hour, 2 hours?

Yes.
It takes a fleet of 10-14 dreads about 40 minutes to kill off a hardened large tower. That means it'd take about 3-4 to kill off a small one in the same time. When you're down to one, though, the tower's shield recharge actually does a dent in your activities.
Do note that the above time does not take reinforced into account, just the time to get the tower into reinforced.
I don't really know, though. You'd have to be rather stupid to attack a tower, regardless of size, solo. Regardless, the tower's bound to have strontium, which means you're looking at up to two extra days (although I have no idea how much stront you can cram into a small tower) or something to actually kill it.
Just bring a few friends and have it done quickly. Doing it solo mean you're wasting strontium and time as well as putting yourself at risk.

Considering that you're in a Moros, 3-4 people shouldn't be much of a threat. If what you wrote above is the POS' armament, I'd actually bring your friends in Amarrian battleships. Just make sure YOU are the one taking the brunt damage, that they all have remote repairers and that they all sit in a tight cluster so they can repair each other.
One dread is about the firepower of four battleships.

No one battery will insta-pop anything larger than a cruiser. As long as you've got a few prepared large remote repairs ready, you should be able to attack that POS with battleships alone.
Assuming it's a 2-2-2 in terms of large, medium, small battery defence.
Now, if it's got some jammers, scramblers, whatnot, THEN you might want to reconsider bringing battleships. But from the information given, NOT bringing your corp mates would be a waste of time and strontium.
