one of my characters are fully amarr specialized and have since then trained up for gallente also, not to the same level yet but is much more versatile and does way more dmg.
draw your own conclusions.

Please ignore this post, the guy that made it obviously dosnt know ne thng about gallente ships in pvp
i have some examples
Asarte(probbally one of the best command ships in the game for over all fire power)
Megathron, fast, agile, DPS of 900+ with just large electrons fitted, 9k armour with out mods with very decent resists with the right setup.
Vindicator, probbally one of the most versatile battleships in the game, same as the megathorn, but much faster and the extra med slot helps.
Hyperion, Fast, 10k armour base, caperble of repairing 2.2k armour every 12sec's with just 2 L reps fitted, and DPS of 1000+
So if you still think gallente ships sux in combat then just please watch farjungs vid "wave of mutilation 2"
