You ever catch yourself doing stupid little things to alleviate minor annoyances?

Guess what? I am gonna train bleh up to at least 2 so it looks a bit more uniform, besides "it wont take long and it might help, someday..."

And my Station junk, dont get me started...
Oh no, I cant possibly just let it all sit in one huge pile!
I have to buy 5 station containers at least and name them: Mods, Weapons, Ammo, Minerals, Incidental.
Then of course it irritates me that I cant remote view the insides from afar.
What else...Oh yeah, my 7 missile racks shoot and kill a rat and like 2 of em still flash green FOREVER after the others become ready.(same missile launchers)
SO what do I do?
I wait till the green ones stop, eventually, and dont use the others till they are all ready, Regardless of the six million rats beating my ass with the 16 billion light missiles from 50 km away.(and whats up with that btw?)
Also excessive crap strewn all over creation, half of which you have no clue wtf its doing there or why.
IE: Periodic spring cleaning, I'm sure theres someone who makes a living off just me selling all my random crap in bulk just to get it out of my face.
Anyway you catch my drift, does anyone else have these minor annoyances? self-caused of course.
I surely cant be the only one.

yeah i do this, i like to keep them even :) i often wonder why also.. cant stand them not being even and reloading at different times, so they all have to fire in sequence or it puts me off

I actually would like to know why the missiles sometimes finish their cycles unevenly, even had I engaged them all simultaneously.
No rats hitting me with "miscelaneous" either. |

i do the same, but i buy more than 5 station containers; i get one for almost every category in the ship modules section of the market(not deployables for instance) and sort into those.

Sounds like a classic case of minor OCD. Don't worry, we all have it to some degree, and I know exactly how feel
It mostly happens to me when I'm looking through my skills and I have half trained ones that I don't need. Such as Indy level 5 is 7% completed, but I haven't touched a hauler on this character for years since I became an outlaw. But I still have the urge to finish it so it doesn't look so sloppy. If there were a way to totally remove the training time done so far I would probably do it.

when i first started playing (amarr) i was told to train up caldari cruiser to be able to use an osprey for mining.
I got caldari cruiser to 17% before stopping it, and it has sat at 17% for a year.
Drives me nuts, but i cant bring myself to loose x days training time to bring it up.

I have the opposite problem - loot hoarding... I just have to loot every single wreck and can , even for a civilian shield booster. All that junk ends up stockpiled in my hangar (not sorted , just as is) and I rarely ever reprocess it - only selling expensive items. Not sure why I feel I could use small energy transfers and ECCM projectors eventually...
