I'm new to game, so thought i would share something that annoys me so far with game :)
There needs to be a clearer way to tell between NPC and player corps. Its pretty confusing for a new player to distinguish between NPC and player owned Corps. Perhaps a (NPC) next to everything dealing with it when viewing corp info?

Just check info and watch the corporate logo, crap logo player corporation, decent logo NPC.

Give it a month or so and you will recognize all the npc corps by the 1st look.
Its just a thing that needs a bit of getting used to, pretty much like identifying ships by their engine trails (and telling if they use MWD or AB).
Over time you will develope a look for these kind of things, so no real need for the change, just give yourself sometime to learn.

That is the reason it needs to change, cause it takes time to learn. It should not take a long time to know NPC from player. Esp since getting into a Corp is a big part of game, sorting through them all is hard enough as it is.
Oh on same note they need to remove all the corps inactive or less than 2 people, its is ridiculous the amount of corps out there with less than 3 people or so. lol

It's fine the way it is. Solo corps or buddy corps are often more successful than fifty-member slacker corps. Adding a tag to NPC corps will help you for a week and annoy you forever after. Buckle down and get familiar with the game. If you think that's tough, wait until you start learning how to use turrets properly.

I fail to see how adding a NPC tag to those corps would annoy me, more like have me jumping for joy. There is NO downside to what i suggest and it helps a lot more.
You guys keep saying "You learn it eventually" but its for new people starting, saves a TON of time for them knowing the diffrence. Even if it was able to be toggled from menu it would still help.

An easy way to tell is to click on the corporate logo on the show pilot information detail. This will show the corporation information. Then to the side it will either be blank or show a logo. If it shows a logo just move your mouse over it. If it says "Click for Faction Information" then it is a NPC corporation otherwise it will say "Click for Alliance Information" this will mean it is a PC corporation.
Yes this might be a click extra, but it only takes a second or two.
