Have they seeded anymore lvl 4's and is it worth it since the last time I tried to use them all I was getting were lvl 1-2 courier mission with lvl 4 combat mission thrown in every 3-4 missions?

Depends when you last ran them. The most recent patch has removed the implants from storyline missions and now you just get 5mil Isk. There is a new mission for this though. Takes two trips in an Itty V. This has dropped the rewards for L4 courier to 2, maybe 3 mil an hour if you fly by hand. Probably 1mil an hour afk.

Lvl4-Storylines still give Imps, just not that often anymore.

With enough expanders, you can do Insane Industrialists in one trip in an Iteron V.

I'm not talking about Insane Industrialists I'm talking about a new mission. The cargo is 40 Huge Sealed Containers. That's 40,000m3. If you can do that in one run in an Itty V I'd like to know how.

Im getting a very occasional +4 implant since the patch but I did get a very nice Mining implant 50% to mining forman skill bonus and 50% to mining link bonus. That was from "Shipyard theft"

40kM3 are not doable even with a full rack of local hul explander ( or T2 expanders ), no mater if u use industrial or transport ship. Consider that u must trasport sealed containers so u cannot put them in any container, and anyway it use 1k space each so it's hardly optimizable using containers. U have to do at least 2 trips or use a freighter.
