Sorry but From my experience of dealing with CCP they have done there best to help solve any problems that i may have had as long as the problem is valid. CCP work hard to keep adding content to the game 4 major patches of content since release iirc.There constantly trying to iron out bugs and actually take an intrest as to what the eve community have to say. At the end of the day the CCP staff are only human and can only do there best to appease the many thousands of customers that they have. As I stated before if you cant deal with this then maybe stop playing, cancel your account and go find another game to play or better still if u feel u can do better than CCP then go make your own game and call it "Adam"

It has happened to everybody, and while everyone may petition it, not everyone gets their stuff back. CCP can not refund everybody's stuff because they cannot tell for sure if everyone actually lost there stuff to lag. therefore, they must take the most credible stories and all logs/evidence available and reinburse those they think genuinely lost there stuff to lag. They understand you pay for their services, but what you dont understand is they make this game as a sand box and what you do in it is your problem... you fly something you cant afford to replace? you wont be flying it for very long... simple as that... end of story I'm sorry but this game is harsh. they have limited staff to fix stuff as fast as possible and cant afford to be putting in new server blades all the time and hire people to watch for lag all the time. Other people have come to understand this and are still playing this game despite their set backs in the past. If you cannot take your loss with a grain of salt and pick back up where you left off then you shouldn't be playing. as a side note... I dont really think people in here are being that mature to you with some of these can i have your stuff responses but you must excuse them as well you see, as they have seen probably a million threads like this... Please understand or leave

The key here is how much lag/bad CS/bad development, etc. are one of you fanbois willing to put up with for $15 a month? If you pay $15 and tolerate the lag, bugs, lack of polish, etc., all that tells me is that you'll keep on paying CCP $15 a month for anything they throw at you, whether its good, or crap. In my opinion, EVE can do better than it has. If you think things are fine now, then why the heck do CCP have any reason to make things better, or even keep the problematic level they have now?
