Costs money, requires a mobo that can boot off a USB drive and doesn't actually solve my problem with the whole system. Namely skills that take less than 24 hours to finish.

It would be nice to have a light usb fiting application that would allow you to chance skill training and even queue trainings. But what would be even more cool would be: - a PDA app that could do all this. - would have access to eve ingame chat. - even to markets. make buy/sell orders. Trade your stuff.
And this would just be nice to have on all sorts of portable platforms like symbian or Windows Mobile. You could have it in your cellphone. Chat, trade and train from your mobile.
Then we would have a conversation about how it would enable all sorts of automated stuff that people would start to train like 10 accounts and then sell them on e-bay.
I say let them.
Thay can't make the the accounts learn faster. And Its not that hard to make a makro that changes your training with the eve-client.
I like this idea, although I think it might be better if it was made so you couldn't stack train skills unless you were in the game itself, merely do dissuade people from getting an account and never getting on until they have a bunch of skills. Chatting in my Corp chat or buying some supplies from my cell phone would rock. --- Insert witty comment here.

Problem: Players cannot access their character to continue skill training Effect : Players are unhappy at wasting time that could be used for training while at work. Most workplaces disallow the installation of software on PCs, or the connection of foreign devices (usb drives etc.) Solution : Force players to purchase equipment costing around 200 euros and require them to change phone contract.
Im confused at how the whole developement process went here? Did Microsoft make a push for it? There will be what, maybe 5-700 players that'll actually use this feature due to the cost of Palm PCs?

Is there any movment on skill queues? When this skill finishes training this skill starts? Even if you could only enqueue, 1 skill it would be nice. Or even if a skill finishes the next level of it would start, Finish cruiser level 4 and it starts training level 5 straight away. [/url]

Also costs money... what's so damn hard about understanding that I don't want to waste time babysitting the lvl1-4 progression of skills that take under 24 hours to finish from 0% to 100%?
