Games been live for quite a while now, but PVP is like Russian roulette.
Heres a good example=
I jump into a system, a rat in a apoc BS is waiting there, so i fire up ma booster and warp scramble him, then turn on my damps to darget jam him , boom, CTD. I know we have some issues with damps, but iv been using them alot against my own corp mates, and they seem fine.
I re-enter the game, thinking ill be in my clone system, luckily the guy decided against fighting me, and must have bugged out when my scrambler deactivated, peeeeuuwwwwwww, lucky.
Ok, by this time ma corp mate enters the system, and the rat has also got some help, so its 2 BS against 2 BS, we decide to go for it, i refit spatial ECM, and smash up all ma damps.
We gang warp to the moon that they are at, and again, i fire up ma booster and jam him, launch drones.
As soon as i launch my drones, they all become dead in the water. Im like ok, another bug, but who cares, ill deal.
then all my ECM thats on autorepeat, deactivates, along with all ma launchers, again on autorepeat.
Iv constantly got to fire everything manually.
What im trying to say is, my game runs great all the time, and i clear ma cache. But as soon as i get into a battle , everything turns into a joke. If its not the insane lag, its all these bugs and CTDs.
Is it just me?. im thinking CCP need to really look into the PVP side of things, all these problems need addressed.
Other than that, i lurv this game.
But sort it grrrrrrr.

Darth, that problem with the modules turning off and on, you remember how i lost my scorp? Well thats the way to lose a scorp with 50mil gear on it...
Wanna know what my dear friend GM Ender told me? That the reports of this are minimal from the playerbase and that there is no proof and therefor no refund.
I found the problem:
Xlarge shield booster
Since the GM's were so friendly to help me with my problem, i wont test the xlarge booster again and stick to Cl-5's.
Suck on that. 
And since the GM's wont reimburse my items for a second bug (with drones causing me BSOD) i cancel my account after i wrapped up some stuff that need dealing.
Suck on that. 
EVERY fight i had in this game, were disrupted by bugs, ctd's and lag. Its a shame, eve is a great game without that.
