You don't get it. BOB members will almost never, I say that because there is the rare one or two bob members that will, say anything good about any enemy they fight.
It doesn't fit their propaganda campaign.
edit: Needed to clarify something.
Even if ASCN started to hold their own and eventually beat bob back their vocal minority would still never have a good word to say. It would be all "You got a lucky break" or "It happened for reasons that had nothing to do with who is better".

What a load of rubbish... BoB will praise pvp competence... by the same token they will verbally slam incompetence.. and thats the way it should be.
ASCN are incompetent.. when it comes to pvp... there are no two ways about it.
LOL. Look who is talking about loads of rubbish. Until you get involved in this game in any other way then just posting on eve-O your opinions are pretty much just that. If you removed your head from BOB's collective dark damp hole you might actually achieve something of your own more recent then a year and a half ago.

You might recall an entire thread started by a BoB member dedicated to praising ASCN for bringing it in a good fight. You may recall countless posts and threads by BoB members praising the old G alliances for a great many excellent fights. You might remember us continually giving FIX credit for their hard fighting against us when we used to raid Querious from Delve. And in this same thread someone complimented Outbreak.
BoB is more then happy to compliment our enemies when they demonstrate a willingness to fight, and even more if they show ability. But we don't feel inclined to saying nice things about people who accuse us of cheating and exploiting on a daily basis, regardless of their abilities.
As Molle said, Respect is earned. We aren't going to respect you if you spend all your time whining and calling us hackers. Not even if you are the best pvpers in the game.
I believe I did qualify my statement to point to a few BOB members who have posted as you describe.
But tell me. Since the change in leadership in ASCN have you been subjected to daily posts on how bob exploits or hax or cheats? (Other then a few individual hotheads because every alliance has those types)
