The cap usage would be rather unpleasant to start with, double that of a 10mn mwd. And you wouldn't be able to fit any sort of tank or guns on the drake after fitting the 100mn afterburner, so I find it hard to see how it'd be any use for pve.
Oh, and you might be fast in a straight line but you wouldn't be able to turn due to the enormous mass addition. --------------

First one is pretty agile, middle one and last can sustain the cap but the last one has the agility of an interceptor Would make for a wicked tackler since every battleship will have a very, very hard time tracking you.
Not really, even with 4 inertial stabs a 100mn AB fitted battlescruiser will only handle slightly better than it would without the AB and the stabs in the first place. --------------

With all due respect sir, i tested it in handling manually and while circling a given object and the latter was much more agile then the standard BC. Log in to sisi and see for yourself :) (then again i have evasive manouvering lvl 5 and +3% implant, and it were the best named istabs)
I did. Well, I did it in a Myrmidon because I can't fly a Drake, but I assume the results would be pretty much the same. I have evasive manouvering 5 but no agility implants.
I tested the two setups by setting them to orbit a stationary object at 7.5km. Myrmidon with a 100mn afterburner and 4 best named inertial stabs cannot orbit at 7.5km, it is pushed out to 10km and orbits at only 75% of its maximum speed to do so.
Myrmidon with no fittings, easily orbits at 7.5km at full speed and can in fact do so at 5km as well.
The I tried reversing the direction of the two ships when travelling at full speed, but since the 100mn afterburner setup takes so long to accelerate I did it from 75% speed to 75% in the opposite direction. It took 29 seconds to do this manovure.
The unfitted Myrmidon went from full speed to full speed in the opposite direction in 10 seconds. --------------
