What kind of experience do you need to be successful trader in eve??? Do you think it is an extra hard IT work to produce and sell in eve? Lol, you need only MS Excel and 30mins a day to monitor the market and forecast what to produce. - All our managers are people, who use their mains for fun, and alts for this project just to haul, manage POSes, BPO researching, and goods production.
Here we post our mains. All market monitoring job, selling, buying is up on me.

If you think 30bln isks in cash is enought to expand, you are wrong.
To supply the materials for production on currently active 28 POSes, we spend ~ 26bln isk. All that cash in video already used, and will get back only in a month and a half. We use all of our monetary funds, saving in cash a little amount for weekly\monthly devidents payment (now this reserve is 2 bln per week).
Now check the prices on t2 BPOs, and calculate how much you need to enter this profitable but ultra-expensive market.
So we need investments to start mass t2 goods production, and to balance this overpriced market.
