I know we've just had a major patch (well a few weeks ago), but whats the wait time on petitions now? My petitions currently at 18 days and running. Has it simply been forgoten?
I'm fine with cutting some slack but the wait times are getting abit OTT. Glad its not a urgent one. --------------------------------- There's a simple solution to every problem. It is always invariably wrong |

I agree with you wholeheartedly on this one - I expect wait times to be up after a patch but I am 12 days so far with not even an automated response. It concerns me that you don't even know if the petition is in some form of que which can in turn lead to people spamming more petitions which creates a whole vicious circle effect. Perhaps reintroduce standard system generated your petition has been recieved mails? This would stop people raising multiple petitions for the same problem and give people the impression that they were valued customers :)

It appears they may be wading through the petitions rapidly hitting the "deny" button because they're grumpy at how many petitions they have to deal with...

I have an alt that has a verry minor issue with lost items in a contract. It was done the first day of the patch and still no reply.

Seems a bit unfair but it may depend on the type of petition. 19 Days and still not answered. It's annoying i wish they'd get more people on the job. --------------------------------- There's a simple solution to every problem. It is always invariably wrong |

Did you ever get a reply?
I am just wondering as I think you raised your petition at the same time as I raised mine (I had not visited my agent for many months and came back to see I had 0 loyatly points - I was told you don't lose them so raised a petition to get them all (over 200k) back).
Been 41 days so far and not even an acknowledgment reply.
I realise the queues may be long, but this customer service is, quite frankly, apalling :(

There is the possibility you petitioned in the wrong sectio (which they just delete) You could try a 2nd petition, if possible?

My petition is still listed as "open" so I don't think it has been deleted - simply ignored. I can't raise another either as its only one petition per account :(

Don't forget - there's a stacking penalty applied the more petitions you file - the longer it takes. Also, petitions are lagged - and some even unnaccessable completely due to CTD's.
