Not 100%, but pretty close. One of the skills came straight from the factory and was not my doing. It has not been touched nor will it,.
2010 birth date, no corp history other than recently joining FW out of boredom. No kill rights, etc. Positive wallet.

Well I was working these toons to be miners but I like to have the core skills done so they can actually fit the ship there in.. But both of these have nearly all the skills you want and I only want 4 bil each |
