Seriously customer service is getting worse not better, post a very important petition and after 5 days no reply at all!! wtf! if this was a nullsec alliance this would of been sorted in minutes! seriously pi$$ed off
CCP why dont you try investing in more bloody GMs, or get just normal helpdesk staff to to do the first line support, GMS should only have to do 3rd line...

It always seems the unpatient ones always have bad stories about GMs and petitions. Makes me wonder if CCP does have powers and we do need tin foil hats, so we dont get picked on. Sure some replies have been kind of late but alwasy seemed reasonable or so. |

I dont even understand why you would petition this. This is working as intended. You gave him permission to disband the alliance, and he did. If you dont like that, perhaps you should be more careful about who you give access to.
If i give corp hanger access to some ******* who steals everything, i dont get to petition about that. |

This is working as intended. If you do not want people to be able to disband your alliance, THEN DONT GIVE THEM ACCESS TO DISBAND YOUR ALLIANCE.
You might have PAID Ferrari 250 thousand dollars for your car, it doesnt mean you can just GIVE your keys to a stranger and expect Ferrari to replace it when it goes missing. "BUT I PAID GOOD MONEY...." and then you were an idiot with it. its your own fault. |

The reason 0.0 alliance's disbanding petition may have been responded to sooner is due to all the sov structures, things that require an alliance to even exist. Once the alliance was disbanded , TRILLIONS OF ISK worth of **** is now lost.
Your noobie highsec corp only loses their alliance tag.

I'm giving OP the benefit of the doubt and assuming it's the autopay uncheck bug. In which case, the appropriate response is to re-establish your alliance ASAP, and get CCP to reimburse you later... Like LAWN did. Big 0.0 Alliance, AFAIK all their SOV is starting over at level 1, but they're dealing with the fallout for CCP's **** quietly and gracefully.
BTW: CCP's line so far is that autopay is not to be relied upon and is a convenience only. |
