Well, on eBay the average price of ISk is $13 USD per 100mil ISK.. \
soooooo... about 500 million isk per hour, or about 675 billion a year.

I mostly do level 3 missions or level 4 missions (more recently). I do all the looting, but I mostly don't sell the loot, instead I use some of it, and store the rest in my huge vaults.
For a level 3 mission I get 1-3m in 1 hour, then have 1 hour loot.
For a (Good) level 4 mission I get 6-10m in 2-3 hours, then have 1-2 hours loot.
I don't focus very hard when I loot, I chat a lot or work or surf on another computer. So the looting time really slows me down. The money listed are from Reward, Bonus, and Bounties. A bad level 4 mission can take ~6 hours (Mordus Headhunter's level 4). Considering that I generally only prefer to do missioning for ~2 hours (I get bored) this isn't a good thing. If I keep doing missions, I will probably join with a corpmate.

Sometimes I make a killing in PvP: 200m in 15 minutes.
Sometimes I don't make squat: 0m/hr.
My time is too variable to measure.

Hoever from npcs it sonly loot those 20 milions additional hard to count income is mins from refining loot i collect + the odd valuable loot for sell.I guess maybe closer to 25-30 m per hour counting it all.
If i got good ore( crock and higher) acces i guess it goes up to 40-50m/hour.
