There are many player who are paying with visa electron for the last year, now after they cant pay eve with the card many of them have big problems to reactivate this account!!!! It will be good when you "CCP" renew the VISA ELECTRON payments for our player so they can have much fun on EVE-ONLINE again!
I hope you will understand that this problem might be small for you but is big for other!

Yeah I've had a LOT of credit card problems recently with CCP. It's a lengthy story, but the funny part is the CC company wanted to know who I had tried to resolve the problem with here. I had the tell them "GM XXXXX". They were like "Huh? What is the name of the person in billing you dealth with please?" Again I had to say "GM XXXXXX". I explained the situation. They thought it incredible, amazing. "There is no person you can speak to or write about your credit card problem? No billing department?" And again I explained all I can do is "email" (didn't want to try and explain petitions) someone who is named Gm this or Gm that, and you have no idea who you are talking with.
What is up with that? Can't CCP have a regular billing department like every other VISA, Mastercard, etc vendor in the world? Every other business I've ever dealth with not only did you have a billing dept. you could contact if you had a problem, but the people there actually had names. |

To all those people who are having trouble with the card verification. Update the info (the veri number and exp date etc) then Delete your CC number and re-enter it . Was as simple as that or me.

I also have that problem with an alt.
Really great, because normally the chars on my 2 accounts split the work. And since one is gone for the moment the other is shafted too becuase of resources which are in posession of characters in the suspended account.

Same here. Petition sendt but no reply. I wonder how long CCP will prevent me from playing the game and i think some kind of reimbursement is in order.

Technically, since you didn't pay them, you really shouldn't get any reimbursement. But I understand the frustration.
I just switched over to another card and it worked fine. I'm sure if you just re-enter your info, there shouldn't be a problem. --- "Dear CCP,

"reason: Credit card issuer rejected card on renewal"
last month it workt fin now it dosent
It's posyble that i quit the game and use the mony on sothing els

I cancelled all 3 of my account¦s cause i have had this problem with 1 of my acco¦s for a week now. Made an petition but still no answer from CCP! I am not giving my money for an gamecompany that has this kind of customer service!! There is games that work better than EVE and also has deasent service.
Played gave since 2003. Good buy EVE!!

Having the same problem with my credit card.... I tried to renew an old account but i get an error message. There are funds on the card and also I used it just the other day in another internet transaction.
There is something wrong in CCP's end.. and it really ought to get fixed asap.

not solved. I had to buy a code because I couldnt use the visa Im already using to pay for my main account, to resub my alt account. - Both accounts are over 18 months old btw, so its not only a problem for ppl trying to upgrade trial accounts. The not authorized error is basically just letting us know that the page and account service has problems, and to please either spam your info for 2 hours releasing and renewing your IP in case youre paranoid and you might see results, or - if youre still sane - pay by other means. Weird issue. And very annoying, Im just glad the code service which I had never used before was so swift.

y hello thar i cant pay for my acc too, i filled petition 4 days ago, no answer.
now im considering 2 choices:
a) wait 3 more days ( A WEEK to answer single petition is just too good to be true ) b) use my "MMO-money" on my wow acc

Had the same a few months ago ... Called the company, they confirmed they were having a problem processing overseas orders at the time.
