Get rid of the carebears, give birth to "EVE: Vice City online" 
Though this will never happen since CCP is on the side of the carebears. Its a good thing we can't fish in EVE like Final Fantasy XI, or we would be in a world of complaining.

lol no create a region called the forsaken region. or somthing 0.0 space has huge warning on it no concord set guns nothing. and have it as a pure pvp zone.
have thunder dome style areas where people can enter to fight for the death. we could then have bookies and betting going on.
also have ling lings massage station for all your excitment. and also a omberzombies ***** bar. if they make that sort of region then i would be one of the first people there.

or just go to 0.0 space and pvp there, since thats what its for, you just can't pod kill if you want to keep your sec. rating

nah but where are the betting rings the illegal actions the stuff that only non empire space should have.
where are the caswinos the bookies the late night clubs. the strange and wonderful drugs the boosters all the fun. 0.0 space may be a free for all but it is not a fun for all.
have a zone where they no it will happen and we can bet on the out come the old style sallons where you just pic a fight for the hell of it.
or even drive in cinemas (joke) where you can drink get ****ed and start fights...

Yes. That's 0.0 non-empire space. You can fight anyone and everyone out there.

MOve the jump in points to the Gate where the system you jump from to where the gate is in the system you jump to. Gate to Gate. Problem solved. CCP was suppose to do this 2 MONTHS AGO.

gate to gate is fun .... u can jump endlessly until your mothers die .. when u load jump back , do until your enemy is tried of following you

so 0.0 space is your awsner sorry but that is boring i am not trying to pick a fight with you.
but there is nothing in 0.0 space to make it seem any better then anywhere else. i can go and gank peeps in 0.5 systems if i wanted to fighting for the sake of fighitng you can hit any one any where with in reason.
but 0.0 space needs spicing up. i don't mean just PvP. it needs some things that can be used how had would it be for ccp to use the same setup in 0.0 space systems as they had in the ammar champs. have a ring were peeps can fight have bill board showing the fights as they are underway.
we should have stations where we can dock and gamble. at present we are having to make up our own content and come up with our own reasons for pvp and such like. why can't we have just a little help from ccp to make this easier for our selfs.
lol and no offence m8 you can't just pc a fight in 0.0 space people run away / they hide they ***** they cry they call exploit or lagg or bugs or any number of reasons to get out of it.
and if you can't see that then you need to look again hard.....
