Since all the other feedback threads are locked I'll assume that this one is where you want it.
A few new issues: - When viewing the starmap and having it display the Statistics 'Pirate and police ships destroyed last 24 hours' it appears that the number of ships destroyed is not reset. Unless of cause they have destroyed 42598 ships in the Saila system, and over 1000 ships in most of the systems in Empire. - When jumping through a gate while having the starmap displayed the flatten starmap loses its fixed and can now be rotated like the 3D starmap. - Also after jumping through a gate while having the starmap. When you return to the ship view, your ships model is displayed despite being cloaked by the stargate. Also the cloaked model is being displayed. So the ship is more reflective than usual.

10min Test: - no patchnotes available? - Mail not working - 'read'-flag lost (Cache deleted; prefs.ini and Settings restored; RW) - Show Assets in Map not usable (displaying all systems in assets is a VERY bad idea and VERY CPU/DB consuming...) ---

Originally by: IronHack Im not sure that it would be my sound files casing my crashes. And I have AC97 Audio installed onto my PC so its not defalt.
And as I said before. I played the Game before for about 6months and I never had a problem with it. It has to be somthing that was added in the last 3months. Thats making me crash. I can hear the Pirates firing on me. I just cant see it.
disable the sound (I'm playing since Beta; sound was working all time - but since Kali/Revelations is EVE without Sound now for many motherboards/soundchips ) ---

- ye, the starmap view sometimes sucks when a sessionchange occurs, all sorts of strange effects can happen
hmm, ye policeship view, youre right, its quie a few.. but on the other hand NOW you can see in which system is the least ratting ;)
the cloak issue i noticed yesterday first time first hand. guess in a few days (prohably around 1.5 weeks from nwo) we can expect some patch
@phamnuven: i never had ANY soudnissues, never, evne with the "dreaded" (but good) soundblaster card. can even run 2-3 clients WITH sound

think its my onboard sound, ivŠe got many ctd or reboots with the onboard realtek 882 from my asus p5w-dh. the optional patch changed nothing
for a few days i set my for gaming oversized creamware card as the primary sounddevice and the probs are gone.
this was a bit wondering, cause in the past the creamware had more probs with games than onboard sounds.

heh, I still don't know if this is the feedback thread. Anyway. I just noticed that the problem with zooming in close to a ship you're watching seems to be related to what ship you are currently flying.
Ex. I was just in the Hyperion and zoomed around to look at the ship. However I couldn't get as close with the zoom as I would like. It would be nice to be able to see the ship really up close. But that is a different thing. So after playing around a little with some Serpentis Vice Admirals in a couple of battleships, my ship was blown. So when I was flying around in my pod I viewed my old ship, and now I could zoom in so much that the camera went inside the hull.
Finally. The reason why I could view my old ship was because of the bug on the test server, which keeps the intact ship model and spawns a wreck, when ever a ship is damaged.

One character was fine after the patch my alt was still crashing.
The 4 step process put her right.
Cost me 500mill that bug and a ton of aggravation. /start sig I love old characters that post 'I've beeen playing the game three years' when I know their account has been sold on. /end sig |

The patch was distributed to the EVE community on the 26th of December and a full install build was immediately available. There is no need to install the patch, even if you have not logged in to EVE more recently than before the patch was available. The autopatcher will update your client.
