That depends on where they are in relation to the station. If a player is well inside dock range, there is no way a smart bomb can get them because a smart bomb can not be activated within 5km of a station or gate. So if they are next to me, and me being in the very center most possible spot on the station, they will be safe from smart bombs. Basically: Dock range = safe from smart bombs. Outside of dock range... well, who knows.

Also I am not sure what you mean by aggression on my dread. It does not factor into if you can or can not be smart bombed really.

Also I will bet you 1 billion ISK that there will be people there who will shoot targets that is not me or only flashies. If I lose, I will transfer you the ISK immediately after I review the different Fraps footage from the cameramen including mine. (which I'm working on getting setup as a live feed btw). Will this turn in a free for all with people turning up shooting everything that moves.. most likely, does it matter.. hell no.

Lets be honest here.. even if your blown up and podded it will cost you what.. a frig / dessie + fit + 1 pod.. easy under 10mil.

I Still would like to know how you plan to cyno jam (incursion profile) the low sec system before hand. I am not saying this is a bad idea. I will come along anyway. Just wish to know how you plan to get your beast in there before hand.

I'm pretty sure it does give you GCC. Either way it does not matter. It is important I am already flash before I undock so I will do one of two things:

1) Go ballistic in high sec suiciding a few Hulks screaming, "By the power of Helicity!!!" to property thrash my security status below -5.0 so I am an outlaw and legally can be shot when I do undock.

2)

a. Position the clone I plan to die with in the event system.
b. Be somewhere else in the galaxy the day of the event in a different clone.
c. 5 or so minutes before I plan on undocking with the Moros shoot an alt/random person to go GCC.
d. Dock in a station.
e. Clone jump to the event location.
f. Undock having GCC.
g. Everyone in system profits!!!

Anyways, still not decided yet on which of the two.

Updated OP with date and time of the event. The time reflects when there is most likely the most players logged in according to eve-offline.com so hopefully most people can make it. I am planning something a bit later (probably after the holidays) for Australian peak time zone on a Saturday/Sunday. The location will NOT be announced until the day of the event. I'm sorry I can't do it prior, but I will announce it as fast as I am allowed that day. Even if it means me waking up in the middle of the night to get you the information, and crashing back to sleep in preparation of me eating thousands of internet bullets flying my Moros.

If yours event provide gameplay for "thousand" people(not under one flag) i am sure they will.

What makes me giggle is the fact that there was no Rifters on the winning list lol. But the Bombers that just sat back from 100km got all the cool stuff lol.

I'm curious how you calculated the points. I didn't expect to win anything but I was on 14 kills (plus your dreadnought) and did 6,166 damage. That's 86,324 points (or 92,490 points if the dreadnought km counts, which it appears to (as captain bevier was only on that mail, for instance.))

Edit: Oh, it was the ambiguous wording of the rules. 'If you are on any kill mail with a frigate or destroyer class hull counts as a 1x point multiplier.' should have read: 'For each killmail you are on where the victim is in a frigate/destroyer class hull you will receive an additional 1x point multiplier.'

Oh well, guess I have to be content with getting the first 4 killmails of the event and the highest ISK non-dreadnought killmail of the event.

As far as people trying to meta-game the point system by farming their alts in noob ships at a safe spot; capsules, shuttles and noob ships did not count as a point multiplier. I should have specifically stated this in the rules, but in being overwhelmed by this being my fist event, I forgot. For that I apologize. I will include those exceptions for the next time.

This was my first event ever. Cut me some slack for running an event that cost me over 3 billion personally and cost you a T1 destroyer.

The ethical thing to do would be to publish the legitimate winners of the prizes so the people getting screwed could know who they are ... Just sayin' ...
