I'm afraid I have to agree with Butter Dog on this.
From his perspective, it is a virtual Deus ex machina, and that should never happen in a role playing game. You can dress it up anyway you want, but having all of your isk problems solved removes any struggle or strife you could encounter in space.
For Butter Dog now, the only difference between Sisi and Tranq is he can't petition someone for podding him on Tranq.
A joke is an understatement Butter Dog, it's the most ill-concieved and flawed aspect of an otherwise work of pure class.

Have you ever heard of an oil well?
Top-end T2 BPOs are like that.
Yes, and they shouldn't be.

Or, you could say that if someone wins a T2 BPO that generates 150m isk per month, then they no longer have to pay any real world money to play Eve.
Anyone see an issue with this?

Originally by: Tommy TenKreds If you need a T2 BPO to make a measly 150 million ISK a month, you have little chance of competing successfully in Eve.
Assuming you can make the same money at the same or higher rate through other means, you have the same advantages in any case. Many people do fine without T2 BPO's, making billions a month through non-industrial methods.
I didn't think Eve was supposed to be a grind.
T2 BPO owners whose print generates a minimum of 150m isk per month, do not have to concern themselves with the cost of subscription to the game. There are prints which can make significantly more than that, but 150m isk per month is all the profit you would need, to make Eve free of charge for you.
Are you saying that for all the players out there, newbies to veterans, who do not have access to a T2 BPO should fork out for the upkeep of the servers and game content, while the 'fortunate few' play for nothing?
