So far, Gaia fought with nearly every northern alliance and pirates/mercs. Your words about "d2 is gonna wipe your arse" is nothing more than a joke. They won`t attack your space, threat your pos or take your space, they will just do guerilla tactics and have fun and at the end they will make more kills / isk damage then you do. I can bet on that. In the war, I guess the first weeks d2 will blob gaia in alparena, but when they see the fact that noone undocks to fight, they will leave out of boredom. Then d2 will say "gaia sucks, they don`t even undock". After giving them this hopelessness, Gaia will be ignored. Then they will start to undock and start getting kills, more you ignore them, more ships D2 will lose. Then d2 will get **ed and come blob them again, GAIA will dock. D2 will smack again and go back to where they come from at the end of the day without killing 1 ship. So fighting GAIA is like a nerve test, d2 will get angry but cannot do anything but smack them in local and try to provoke them to undock. Of course GAIA already knows what will happen so they won`t get bothered sitting in station and drink tea and talk on TS all night. You can say "Oh they are wasting time inside station, cannot even undock.", I can say whoever is camping them is also wasting their times and cannot do anything else in game as well. So you will be at space but you will be staying in same place like you are docked. What`s the difference? So i laugh at most comments now as i know what gonna happen. Besides GAIA was already killing d2 whenever they find them in 0.0. This is not something new. ...Not playing EvE at the moment, currently hibernating and forum whoring...**

I think they didn't use enough scouts, many killmails show they are overwhelmed by numbers, some also show they have to train their newer members more for pvp. Considering guerilla warfare, If i were them I would personally take the fight to Torrinos or Jita in early days instead of hanging around Alparena. It was very clearly expected that you would send your most pvp thirsty blobs to Alparena/Orvolle right away. Well it shows me GAIA is not same anymore, afterall they lost lotsa good pvpers to other local corps. I hope they learn an experience out of this and reconsider their war tactics and training new members for pvp. For me, i lost the bet this time... Well done d2... ...Not playing EvE at the moment, currently hibernating and forum whoring...

It's been an honour to be a part of GAIA. I hope you guys will still live around RQH to do shooty shooty and action. Although GAIA never been seen serious or shown on EvE map, everyone who lived in that area was well aware that they were a considerable force. Started as anti-pirate, ended up as pirate. Respect or not, they have saved many lives by killing pirates in the area for a long time.
