I'm pretty sick of it, too. The old forums did not suffer from this problem.
Don't get me wrong. I love the new forums. I love checking eve-mail while I'm at work. I just wish it wouldn't eat 1/3 of my posts. |

I've been using the forums pretty much since they were launched and I've gotten it maybe a half dozen times. same with all the bitching about the ganked posts. I've only lost one post to that.
I'm using the latest version of opera, just in case anyone is curious. |

EVE Gate is temporarily unavailable, I bolded the important part. CCP admits that it's their problem. So why aren't they fixing it?
Browser doesn't matter, what we're looking at is either an architectural problem, or a reverse cache proxy problem, not sure which. All I know is that normally I keep getting inconsistent statuses on whether or not I've read a forum thread, and when the ganked message comes up I can't just refresh to try again, I have to go back and probably navigate back to the page I was ganked on to boot. |

These new forums are dreadful, aside from the "we were ganked" coming up all the time, it doesn't update with new posts accurately so you might have to wait 3 minutes for someones reply to appear in a forum. this makes it next to useless for discussion, which is the main point of a forum.

I browser the forums every evening!
I have a we have been ganked once since the new forums appeared.
As for losing a post!
Well as can be seen I am not a serial poster 
But so far, touch wood, I haven't lost a post yet!
I use Opera on a 32 bit XP PC or the same if I am browsing from my MSI netbook! |
