The Zurich Foundation
A fresh corp focusing on offering all manner of services through out the Eve Universe. Recruitment open to the experienced and inexperienced alike. Quarterly profit sharing, low tax rates, and planned stock options later on for all corp members. We only ask that applicants be mature and willing to work towards the growth of the corporate entity.
Now recruiting for the following branches.
Zurich Fleet - Combat pilots are currently needed to protect our growing assets. All combat pilots will be eligible for mercenery work as well through cooperation with the Zurich Services Group. Think you have what it takes?
Zurich Industrial Group - The Zurich Foundation is currently in need of both miners and manufacturers of all skill levels. Miners will enjoy the protection of the Zurich Fleet as it grows and through coordination with the Zurich Services Group manufacturers will experience the blessing of both corporate mined minerals and corporate marketing.
Zurich Services Group - The Zurich Services Group is looking for ISK minded forward thinkers. More of a think tank and marketing department then anything else the ZSG is primarily responsible for seeing that the services created by the rest of the corp reach the general public. If you're someone who's willing to take a look at things and find a fresh approach, this group is for you!
As Zurich grows we will be adding other groups as well such as the Zurich Financial Group, Zurich Heavy Industries, and Zurich Mutual Trusts.

The Fine Print
The Zurich Foundation is a new corp being set up by a new eve player. I'm not an alt and I'm quite green. However I'm learning the ins and outs and I'm looking for other players just starting off or older players after something different who are more interested in building a corp from the ground up then joining a large established corp.
Thus recruitment is open to all Eve players up for the endeavor of building a corp from basically scratch. I plan to run the corp much like a democracy, officer roles will be given out by corp vote (or group vote as each group grows into it's own entity), profit sharing will be divided up quarterly (all profits coming from corp investments garnered through the 1% corporate tax), and stock options will become open after the corp feels we've grown enough to do so.
As far as current investment strategy I'm working towards being a trader myself. Market investments will be made at first with corp money and later on we'll decide what to dump corporate assets into as a group, this could be anything from stocks in other corps to stations, ships for our miners, fleet ships, etc. As the Foundation grows into secular branches each group will be responsible for it's own investments and corp assets will be split between them. How this budget works out will again be decided by democracy. As the corp grows to a point where true democracy becomes more cumbersome the voting power will be relegated to branch officers (though the power to vote for each branch officer will be held by branch members).

Thanks for the good word Masu. Also updated the info a bit.
We're up to 13 members now with a good smattering of old and new players alike. Mostly looking for people willing to invest their ideas into the corp as well as thought. We don't care if you have a ton of time to play, a ton of isk, or a ton of skill points, just looking for forward thinkers wanting to water a seed a bit and watch it grow.

26 members now, recruitment is going to slow down for a bit once we hit 40 while I train up corp management five and we lay some ground work for things to come.
