Eve Hot Air Balloons

This got me to thinking. Why can't CCP have a company design a hot air balloon off of lets say the Hurricane of Venture in game model to then be used for advertisement purposes as well as giving fans a ride at Fan Fest shows? How awesome would it be to take a ride for a few hours in the Hurricane Hot Air Balloon Ride at the next Fan Fest? Maybe even get Eve Online involved with airship racing where smaller ships such as Interceptors are custom made and then raced at Fan Fest events. I am certain that CCP would inform local air traffic control about launching their balloons. The FFA doesn't look to kindly on balloons traveling through commercial airline space without being told about it first.
