Transaction fee: increased from 1.5% to 2.5% in all NPC stations and player structures. Brokers' fee: increased to 5% in NPC stations. Broker's fee formula with skills and standings: currently with max skills and NPC standings you can reduce the brokers' fee by 0.7-0.8%. We will modify skills and standings to decrease the tax by 1.5% and also change them from being percentage based to a flat reduction.
So brokers' fee formula becomes: 5% brokers fee - ([Broker Relation skill level]0.2 + [Faction Standing level]0.03 + [Corp Standing level]*0.02)
Minimum brokers' fee in NPC stations becomes 3.5% with skill and standings maxed.

All the effort that Ishtanchuk has put into lowering broker fees in Jita 4-4 is just laid to waste. 3.5% after maxing everything... CCP is just telling us to "come and sit here".

It's "barely" 950 trillion total. February stats showed slightly above 1% inflation, which is practically nothing. Meanwhile, using a projection of February data and a conservative estimate on people's standings, new broker fees and sales taxes would siphon off about 98 trillion in a month. Coupled with the trillions that people will spend on citadel BPOs, that's going to trigger a strong deflationary period. Which would be fine if it was a one-time event. I suspect that market inertia would render moving major market hubs out of their respective stations a non-starter. By the time the first citadels are built, deployed and advertised as having market services the increased cost from the higher taxes would've already been passed onto the customer. What that means is that we're going to have a long-lasting hyperdeflation.
Then again, I might be wrong, but we'll see. |

It looks terrible because it is just a texture thing, and thus it bends and flexes along with the skin. Which is not something armor plates could/should/would do. This can be seen easily at the wrists, the "armor plate" is so bent that it looks literally painted on the arm...
But then, last time we learned something on the matter, there was a grand total of two (2) developers doing avatar stuff. Not a high priority, no sirrah.
(This also puts in place the talks about station interiors for Citadels... never on the plans... never a priority... and the feature was "promised" by a guy who will be gone from CCP after Citadel is released) |
