I am a station trader and we all know how the market instantly reacts, a lot of people over-reacts or jumps the gun when it come to that, but I was also under the impression that they were going to talk about the mineral cost for the Citadels.
Saying all that, I personally do not care. I do not do long term investing, just fast trades. |

Evesterdam also was worth every penny as well. CCP paid for the first hour on the bar. We did our best. Even just meeting other players and stuff is well worth it.
As for the advantage you get? Well i have a job. All these unemployed bums that be logged in 16 hours a day also have an advantage over the working class. Get over it.

I think he's trying to say their priorities were likely not focused on covering as many time zones as possible... especially since they weren't streaming the event themselves (I do think it was decent of others to stream it for them).
I was surprised they weren't taking care of the streaming themselves though.
I would have edited the stream and put it up for everyone, but since CCP wasn't doing the streaming I did not have the necessary permissions to do so.

Seeing as how Vegas is my home town, I highly recommend it. And come out here with a couple days on either end of the party, so you can see the sights, and maybe take in a show or two.
If you do go, next year, fire off an EVEmail to me so I can suggest some local spots to visit, away from the chaos of the Strip. That goes for everyone. I may not have time to play personal tour guide to everyone.... but I can at least tell you about things only locals know :)
