Here's a question. With "Eve Vegas" not being broadcast, does that give them an unfair advantage?
They are hearing about the changes and structure requirements while we are not. Which allows them to get a jump on things before we even know about it.
I though CCP had rules against that sort of thing. |

Much as I dislike the goons as a group, as individual people most of them are pretty cool, like that Mittani guy who streamed the entire keynote on twitch just so we all got to read about it.
And a bunch of the day two stuff
And whoever that Youtube guy was who uploaded in 2 segments basically everything on the new structures (apologies for forgetting your name).
So yea..... they are totally getting a 2 hour or so advantage on the rest of us..... on something that is six months away. |

All the main talks are streamed live for free by the TMC. Over 2000 ppl were watching the saturday streams. Also they try not to make announcements that you can game. ie the new materials requirements for citadels was not given out, but rather we all have to wait for the devblog.

The entitlement is great in this one.
Not everything that goes on during Fanfest is streamed either. Many of the presentations are only uploaded to YouTube after FanFest is over. So stop your b*tching.

CCP tell gaming magazines about changes before they tell the community! they have done for years and it winds me the F*** up.
But on this occasion well you do pay for the experience of being there, but I do think it was BS that CCP didnt stream this live and some third party site TMC agreed to stream it. Unfortunately for us EU types staying up at some ungodly hour wasnt ideal. They should of done the keynotes early afternoon. |

You do a conference/fan event in the TZ it is hosted in. Your not the special snowflake that gets everything set to when your around. What about when it is in Iceland. There are more US accounts than EU ones.
I move back to NZ at the end of the year. Guess how much stuff is in our TZ?
