I thought the Rifter has a great look that fits it's role nicely. Then I bought a Jaguar. I could stare at that arse (posterior) all day long! Somehow the blue flames accentuate the look and feel of the Rifter design just ..... orgasmically. 
I am happy with most of the Minnie ships since they fit the race design. The cyclone and Stabber are just perfect. As mentioned, some of them are difficult to figure out which way they are facing if you are panned out at all. That should be fixed.

The Hurricane is probably the best looking ship in game. I think the Minmatar fired their old "duct taped sail boat" designer and got someone good.

I love the Minnie shuttle. Gotta be the best looking shuttle in the game. It's all about the rockin' that just don't stop.
