What's with all the EULA violation talk regarding modifying the Jukebox? Is the official EVE guide not up-to-date? Because it clearly states ...
There are several 3rd-party programs which allow you to insert your own MP3s. These programs are acceptable to use, but are neither sponsored nor prohibited by EVE.

The website is outdated in so many ways it isn't even far related to funny.
Modding the horrible jukebox is the same as changing the font to something usefull: Hacking the client, and thus not allowed. --*=*=*--
The cause for this is not yet known, but we do have a possible fix in testing. by Sharkbait | 2006.09.20 |

We have an official guide?
But seriously if you can either email usor link to the offending material we can have it updated, to answer the question you are not permitted to modify any of the contents of the client including the jukebox, not that EVE has any sound ofc ---

bugreports did not change anything about plain wrong or simply outdated parts of the website in the past. Do you think that anything changed in that aspect?
When did you say has the current S&I UI been implemented? 1.5 years ago? What did you say about the time it took to update the general UI description from Radar to Overview version? 2 years?
Last time I checked the official linklist to EVE related fansites had quite a few entries that lead into nothingness - for a year or more after the site closed down. Is eve-i still listed? They're gone for a year and a half now.
At least the cycle of login and the portrait issues have been resolved. Oh wait ... --*=*=*--

Not only an online guide. There's a PDF guide also somewhere wich dates back to "Exodus". Seriously, you need someone to mantain your material. If you put it all in XML format, by just applying a XSLT and a XSL-FO you can get an HTML and PDF version (I've been doing this at work for some time and it's great.) For new players the guides are essencial. I believe some more attention could be payed to it. Regards.

Signed.
I always wondered about EVE's complete lack of exhaustive documentation. Perhaps I am missing a point here, but if there are people with enough time to write chronicles, why is there no one interested in writing documentation for content that has been in the game for years? (e. g. POS deployment and operation)
