Originally by: Altai Saker ... You're asking how an alliance will do against a coalition of three fiercely independent corps of what 20 active players each? Obviously anyone of the three small corps will pick apart the alliance easily and come up with a superior kill / death ratio.
45 members, looking at member tracking, 41 are fully active, two of the rest are alts, one is away for christmas, the other is away long term for personal issues. We're just spread across a lot of timezones
As for the question, it's a hypothetical situation so anything could happen really. I've flown with Snigg a lot in the past and never experienced more competent leadership in my whole time in Eve.
I've flown with MC and never seen better organisation and more firepower. Tundragon I've never flown with but they're renouned for being one of the best pirate corporations in game and I've heard stories from many a person who've been victims.
Tough descision, I'd draw stalemate. Where one lacks, the other excels. It depends entirely on the scope of the conflict, and the security level space they're fighting in.

I think MC might disagree on that one, shock troops are designed to cause maximum impact at the initial stage of a fight with the inability to stand their ground. Hence the term shock.
MC tend to deliever a shock but also they survive that first assault and keep hitting.

Props to Verone. Having flown with some Veto recently, and having been killed by 2 in the past, i know they obviously know what they're doing. I've never flown with or against the other two though.
The only outcome that could come of a war like this is that everyone loses a lot of isk though. Because there isn't any territory to fight over.

I'd say that Veto would loose because Verone is *** and would be too busy looking at man****
Also I think it would be quite hard for us because although we have more cap pilots, a lot of those chars also fly hulks or mining carriers/motherships and so splitting our forces between mining and fighting would severely weaken our side.
Mining Coalition lol
Anyway what ever happened, I'm sure the forums would have a field day

It would take months to establish good teamplay between the pirate corps since all the three corps are used to work on their own. This would mean that style and tactics would have to be adjusted or redesigned from the ground up and that would create a totally new unit not compareable to any of the members corps.
At the same time MC would profit from their established tactics which, judging by the age of their existance, should be close to perfection.
Basically saying that all three corps would in most cases do better on their own.

If you consider the scenario as follows; MC vs TDG/Veto/Snigg hired on each side of a conflict to do empire warfare in low sec/high sec (forgetting sec status's for a second) you have a very nice what if.
Personally, I think you'd have a bloody, and spectacular fight on your hands with some truly amazing fraps material :)
However as there is nothing you can take from any of the corporations, there really cannot be a "victory" only a ratio of kills and losses.

I'm going to go against the grain here and suggest that this would be a very boring war. We may be cap ship *****s these days, but remember that MC spent over two years doing nothing but guerilla fighting. Pit two sides who both have extensive guerilla experience against each other, and more often than not all you'll get is a lot of manuevering and very little pew-pew.
<3 Veto, Sniggles and Tundragons though :)

If we are talking about actual warfare i don't think either side would surrender. MC would probably come out of it better because I imagine they have a lot more alliance wealth.

SNIGG would make it impossible for them to rat or mine in 0.0 though, and TDG will make it impossible for them to pass thru rancer. theyll camp SNIGG in all day in our npc stations and bring their dreads but realize they cant do anything to serpentis corporation chemical refinery's, no matter how hard they try. and we'll clone jump out and camp amamake while we wait for them to get bored and leave. veto will engage them on the forums and come out with a clear victory because their signatures are sexy.

It would be a really boring war until the end.
All involved were guerilla trained. There'd be no fighting and then 1 big orgy of boredom induced carnage that would crash the KB's.
Much respect to Shamis, Veto and the old skool TDG.
