Pirating is what keeps this game going lads, getting podded is a good thing. Bad language however, is not. I attacked a couple of spvd yesterday in mista and they must have shat their pants with disbelief or something because the crap they started throwing at me in local was crazy... I was genuinely offended and left because quite frankly I got the feeling that noone should be put through that much despair as they obviously were, spvd or not. I'm not really out to ruin anyone's day you know  Jeez. Talk about being two-faced. |

are you saying that noone should be put through the despair they were in or that they shouldn't have said the things they said or both ???????

What I meant was that judging from all the foul mouthed abuse I was recieving, I was making them have a really really bad day.
And as I said, I'm not one to eff people's lives up. What if one of them had gotten so frustrated that he logged off, went out to get a pack of smokes to cool his nerves and gets hit by a car or something, just because he was so upset he didn't look twice when crossing the street

Bob, what are you doin here on the forums talking like you're a big boy with lots of experience? Not much more than a week ago you asked to join us in learning how to pirate...and if i remember right we taught you well...by blowing you up as soon as you'd arrived.
Might I add that you were in a frigate!

Oh and another thing, if any of you non-pirates have been wondering about this, I can tell you; Honour among thieves - nope, doesn't exist. The fact that you had to lure us two frigs from *******s into a trap of 10+ CA battleships by inviting us to your gang is pretty cool. Too bad you couldn't shoot Zaara though, but I guess two frigs are a bit much for anyone.

and what's this about me giving a **** about what you do in-game? i could care less what you say and what you do in-game or even on the forums, save for one thing: do not try to talk yourself up...you'll be squashed like a bug.

oh, and don't insult us by saying we're part of CA, or even by proposing that we'd need 10 BS to take one guy out. There wasn't even a total of 10 ships there to begin with! And some were merlins!
man, you really outa spend some time reading the forums before you post about something you know nothing about...the fact that you have no picture tells me that you haven't even been registered for 24 hours.
and by the way...no one here believes that you "attacked a couple of spvd" or especially that you made them "shat their pants". lol you're making yourself look foolish!

I really am surprised that Shinra are blowing people up again with no warning [/sarcasm]. Although the guys language was out of order.
However reading the forums is fairly irrelevant as before Curse was known to be a war zone or "off limits" CA were blowing people up for no reason....even those who were talking to them in the local channel at the time.

*yawn* I forgot only peasants with worthless items travel into empire space from low sec systems in shuttles  I used to run blockades in a shuttle carrying 1 or 2 valuable npc loot items to sell in empire space to minimize risk to my battleship. That is before I joined the blockades 
Just be thankful this game hasn't turned as PC as SWG, don't think people would be able to go without referring to something/someone as ghey. Me included

so if he was podded how was he flaming away in local? What response did he give when he was told it was a warzone? Frankly, i would have podded him then and there, but then i come from PK muds where mouthing off to the "highbies" incessantly would invariably lead to a (single) legal whacking...
