In JITA IV Moon 4 Caldari Navy Assembly plant there are items for delivery to the corporation, accessible via the Corp NeoCom icon, then "Accounts", then "Deliveries".
So far I have been unable to deliver the items to any of the fifteen corporation members, myself included. I have checked that my grant-able roles are in line to allow such permissions and they are perfect.
I have been able to deliver to myself or other corp members from a station within Sing Laison, and yet the items in JITA remain as a delivery.
I submitted a petition four days ago on the issue to see if there was a widespread issue (petitionID=503045) but this has gone unresponded so far.
Is there something wrong with the system that I need to be aware of? It is difficult to run a business employing the corporate wallet if deliveries are broken.
And yes, I have tried clearing the MachoNet cache folder, including deleting MachoNet as a whole.

I assume you're trying to use the "Deliver To" option from a remote location and not at the very same station those deliveries are stored?
To put it bluntly, you haven't read all those shiny known issues, have you?
I don't blame you really, the list has become ridiculously long lately. 
And lo! CCP says:

Well, let's just hope the list gets shorter, this bug gets fixed, the sun will shine and the prats will pop.

Actually, I am trying to deliver from the same station the items are in, since I wanted to pick them up and move them around somewhere else.
So that's not the problem.

If you are in the station, then why don't you simply open the deliveries box and drag and drop the items to your hanger?

Drag + drop is not an option from the Deliveries tab of Corporation -> Accounts. There's only a right click interface where I can view market details, buy more, or deliver.
Clicking deliver brings up a list of available members to deliver to. I've tried all 17 of my corp members with no luck. Works just fine in Sinq Laison region.

Same problem in a number of stations...I am in trying to get a delivery. Worked in Saila (after a LOOOOOOONG wait), but nowhare else. Tried "Deliver to:", drag and drop, with Items open, with Items closed, with Cargohold open, with Cargohold closed, talking nice to the computer, cursing it...all to no avail. Is this a bug or a MS-type "enhancement"?

 Deliver to only works where you have a corp hangar. Also, if you don't have one at that station, press the 'Deliveries' button in the lower right corner of the screen, and move the items to your hangar.
