Anyone have any idea why Deklein is exporting so many dancers? Where do they come from? |

Freelancer117 wrote: wrote:13.8% of players engage in PVP on any given day Sound about right, for every combat capsuleer there usually should be between 6 to 12 others for support, depending on the level of pvp escalation. I would rather see a percentual representation of the reasons why capsuleers fight in New Eden in a pie chartRegards, a Freelancer That would be a more qualitative question than measurable quantitative. Lot of factors and reasons behind whys and what's. |

This suggests that either CCP need to find a way to make pvp more attractive, or, that the die-hard pvp folk need to accept that players are making it clear that non-pvp play is want folk want. You have to remember that Alta are a big part of those logins. With client broadcasting dead, pvp is one of the few activities not easily multi-boxed. Whereas mining or running a dozen afktars would skew the number down further. I imagine the number would be much different if it were based on actual players, instead of characters.
I'll use my own experience as an example. 9 characters across 4 accounts. 1 of them are rarely logged in but have about an even split of pvp vs non-pvp. 1 is being skilled and does nothing else. The other 6 are less favorably counted. 1 character is the pvp main, and kills or shoots someone almost every login. The other 4 are industry, market, and mining alts. They rarely shoot or get shot at by anyone.
So, out of all of those characters, it's not far off the mark in terms of pvp compared to not pvp. A little higher since my main logs in more, but still close. |

@CCP Quant:
On the note of incursions, would it be possible to compare the amount of isk/lp earned to other activities that work similarly, like missions and anom ratting? And then a comparison to the number of characters that actually do aforementioned activities?
I feel like the 1.3% might be heavily skewed by characters that are not used for income in any way, or used as a secondary portion of a larger activity (market alts, Indy alts, mining, hauling, salvaging, boosting, could all be part of the same Line of income, even though only one person is running it).
Also I see no data on how big a portion wormhole sleeper sites are compared to any other activities. That would be interesting to see. |

You need to STOP making so many changes, no one is going to spend years training just for CPP to go.. oh I don't like this anymore.. we can't change our skills on a dime like CCP changes plans and toilet paper.
Things need to change, like how CCP does things or I see a one hit wonder gaming company coming to its end soon.
Nobody is going spend more than a year playing if it's only down to training and playing one thing. |
