I was looking at this link : stain
and i was wondering why stain doesnt have any really low security systems.
are the spawns down there good?

Nop as spawns are regulated by sec status aswell... basicly stain was a region that got screwed over.

providence, the most crap 0.0 region ingame, has systems with lower security than stain. why is this? stain is alot deeper than providence.
how is the ore down there? what about officer spawns? do they spawn in stain or the other sanshas regions?

Ore is generally rubbish until u go further south than stain.
Yes, officer spawns do exist in the stain region.

NPC sovereignty space have much better rat spawns when the security status might suggest. Curse have equally bad sec status and you still get 3x 1.85m spawn and officer spawns regularly there.

officer spawns exist anywhere,
but the ore... the only none empire ore that exists in stain is gneiss and thats only about in 14 systems out of stains 133 systems, and when it comes down to it gneiss isn't the most useful ore

yes but, providence has rich moons and is close to empire
