As you can see from the modest claims and humble posts, AA totally owned us while we were in Amamake to the extent that we were terrified to even undock while they fapped off to their bassive boners.
Their use of disposable ruptures and superior numbers to gank stuff was truly original and just proves how amazingly awesome they are at small gang pvp.
I'd suggest you try a variation of their fleet composition against the rokhs+scimis used by PL since it was clearly, very effect in demoralising us and eventually kicking us out of Amamake (never to return) with our ep33n firmly between our legs.
Good Luck!

The best solution is to just not fight PL. They don't bring good fights anyway. |

Some would revel in a chance to do battle against a top rated PVP alliance, and learn from the experience.
Others would rather dock up and do some forum warrior type tactics.
Contrary to popular belief, it is very possible to catch PL members in small gangs, or even solo, mostly in nul-sec.
They are not the type of alliance to sit on Jita undock shooting mission runners, and the only spam I've seen in local chat has been GF, GF.
Lucky you is what I say.

You see the occasional PL player out solo or in a small gang. But it's not really hugely different from other alliances like that. Most of them just do gangs and fleets and there's a small number of regulars that will go out on their own. Their solo and small gang players are pretty good.
The thing about fighting PL is that it's usually not very fun. They've built a reputation for dropping supers on almost anything. The learning you get from having a dozen supers dropped is not to engage again. A lot of them will also only log on next to a titan when they get pinged, so they tend not to formup in the same way a 'normal' alliance would if you sat around near their home-systems.
But if you're on your own or in a group of 2 or 3 then sure you might get a good fight out of PL. |

they left amake brcause they got a new contract. best way to fight pl is by not fighting them. deny them fights. make them grind structures; they love that. if they are getting to annoying, redeploy and go do fun stuff; farm carebears or pets. CCP FIX BLACK OPS FFS |

So essentially- fighting PL is quite easy. The best counter to blobbing faggots is not give them anything to blob. Also- Heretic Army beat the snot out of PL, just ask Jude Lloyd. Bearer of the 1600mm Tinfoil HatGäó |

**** that.
I'd rather have a try at it than your way.
I have absolutely no doubt that mid/long-term I'd lose, simply on an iskies basis. I'm 100% certain that I'd get some decent (by my standards) kills though.
However I've heard the "deny them fights, bore them" argument since 2003 about everyone from Space Invaders through Reikoku, Evolution and all the rest. Its bollox and anyone who advocates that should just leave their corp/alliance. Doesn't matter who you fight, if you get to that stage then give it up and leave. Your corp will be better for it. |

I think that's just how AAA reacts to anyone. |

Hire Heretic Army to swarm their scimitars with 20 AB+mwd enyo/ishkur and watch them panic. (hint: tank thermal/kin)
They can work independent from your fleet with a covop giving them warp ins straight on the scimis.

my advice would be learn from darkside, they are prob the only other pvp alliance/corp that regulary hands our ass`es to us.
Usually they fly very fast roaming ships , like 5-10 drakes/tornadoes , bunch of dictors and few recons. Biggest difference (besides piloting skills) between they are the avarage roaming joe, are that they doesnt linger(regardless if they kill anything or not they keep moving within a few min,) arent thaaat predicable and doesnt fly "huge" enough fleets that they are worth forming up a proper fleet for.
their gangs are also not expensive/shiney enough to be worth dropping supers on usually (I done it a few times and usually its a bad trade loosing 3-4 fighters for a bc or two killed). |

Use alpha fits at long range. If they drop caps run..... There too damn big to openly engage. Use fast tacklers on the gate lachys t2 cruisers or frigs. Have some big nasty artys sitting 60k off the gate and just alpha the **** out of whatever jumps in. Perhaps sucide gank them if there careless and thats not very likely. So if you have a choice dont. |
