Well, i tried to figure it by myself, but i realy couldn't, so heres my question:
Whats the max number of drones you can control at the same time? It says its 5, but i saw on a video a guy using like 10.
Is it possible to have 10 drones out working for you? Or is it 5 the max?

5 drones, of any type. You used to have up to 10, but it caused too much lag, so they reduced the number of drones to 5, but doubled their damage output.
I think you can get up to 15 fighters using carriers, though.

15 on a carrier yes, but 26 on a mothership.
5 (base) + 15 (3 per level) + 6 (6 highslots for drone control units.

Using 10 drones on any ship dates back to the cold war patch. Which was in 2005.

IIRC the Vexor/Domi/Ishtar could use up to 15

Tai, yes, in theory you can have 10 (or more) drones out. But that skill doesn't let you have more drones, it lets you use a Drone Control Unit per level of skill. That Control Unit lets you use one more drone.
Its a big difference, because the requirements for that Unit are so high that only motherships (and maybe carriers) can use them.

There's always the Guardian Vexor, which gives you an extra drone per level of the Gallante Cruiser skill.
Good luck finding one though, you'll sooner get a carrier/mothership I think.
