Hi guys I just found a guy in space that is a jovian and fly's an unknown ship. The ship has incredible stats. I was to late to take a picture of the stats of the ship but it had everything on max resistance to all 99.9% , cargo 6000 ,....
But I managed to take a pic from the outside before he warped away:

And he also seems to be from the jove race, you can't select it in the game:

That's an ISD ship and it's a Dev flying it, but yeah, AFAIK his character is Jove, but the ship isn't. Thought it was funny that he's -ve Sec and has a bounty tho, LOL!

You found TomB ingame and didn't pod him for all the past nerfage? For shame.
And yeah, those are polaris frigs if I'm not mistaken. I've seen a few around before.

The ship is the Polaris Legatus, comes with a bunch of very high resists and immunity to locks. Volunteers, GMs and Devs have access to the ship, but it is not available to the player base.
The Jovian is TomB, one of the Game Designers from the content department. Not sure what he was doing or what server this took place on. Was it Tranquility or Singularity?

see it a lot on the test server. if it was on TQ he could have been otu taking it for a spin those devs do sometimes a lack of recent jove events is depressing but oh well.

I have also seen this ship. The Polaris. To bad I deleted the pics but I had pics on itÆs stats bonuses and all that. :(
This was in my noob days. Just when I started this game, around may 2005.
DonÆt have a clue what the dev was up to. He was flying in circles outside a station. On TQ.
And I think the description said. ôNew test ship, under developmentö or something, was long ago.

Too bad he wasn't flying a Enigma. I would love to get podded by a Jovian/Dev and sell the KM.
Would a KM by a jovian/dev be negative standings on the board or incredibly positive for having it happen?

I wonder if LeMonde still has his pirate status + bounty from the tournament - he got lots of sec hits for scrambling the combattants in order to avoid lag warp-outs.
Would be fun seeing Concord trying to shoot him up in a ship like that.
