To be honest, that doesnt really show any good piloting. Only show pilot pick easy targets.
None of the targets was pvp fitted. If they had been the rifter would have died many many times.
The pilot in this video gank pilots who cant defend themselves against other players....yay!! good piloting skills :\
Its way more impressive to see pilots doing good against other pvpers.....
If anything, this video shows how lame some pirate's are!

Actually that's incorrect, both thorax kills were in fact webbing blaster raxes, and had scrams fit. Caracal wasn't explicitly pvp, but did have a painter and assualt launchers (attacked him once and fled with structure fire, came back with second rifter), and the merlin in the 1v2 frig engagement did have a scram fit as well. Whether or not their pvp fits are good, and if they know how to use them effectively, is another matter all together.
Draw your own conlcusions, call me what you like, I'm definately not losing any sleep over it. When you have under 200k skillpoints, picking your targets and engaging on your terms is the name of the game. Go back to your npc's, mission jockey.

Works as well as it ever did, just goes through a bit more ammo. New characters can actually be surprisingly tough to ***** with the skillpoint boost; as with all sub-800k sp characters I got a boost as well, mostly to my fitting skills (mostly wasted), though I did get small projectile 4 and rapid firing 4 out of the deal. Currently I'm at 830k.

Indeed there is, I looked up Happster, member of CVA, an amarr role-playing anti-pirate alliance. Figures
What some people fail to realize is that pirates ARE the content in low sec. Without people engaging easy and difficult targets alike, there's no real difference between low and high sec. Am I supposed to just leave people alone in the belts because they won't present enough of a challenge?
And by the way, I rule you.

Point to where I claimed more than great success with very minimal training time.
And for what it's worth, I've taken down many 2 and 3 year old characters solo. Just a matter of exploiting a given ship's weaknesses. Am I uber? far from it, I couldn't even use t2 small reps till CCP boosted me. Do I often get exploded? Yep. Do I know what the hell I'm doing? Anyone that flies with me can tell you yes.

Lol these kind of posts make me chuckle.
What do you expect pirates to do? Allow carebears and industrialists to go about their business hassle-free in low-sec? Or perhaps get in mining ships and industrials and out-mine targets? Or fit ratting set ups for pvp so that its more of an even fight ?
This is Eve. This is what pirates do. This is what they are allowed to do within the game mechanics. If you don't want to get attacked then gtfo out of low sec. |

However I should probably mention that there wont be a sequel to this movie that I expect, this character is scheduled for deletion in a little under a month, when my new alt can fly her wolf. ~2 months after that it's vaga time
I do still have about 40gb of raw fraps saved from my misadventures in low sec, maybe I'll see if I can't splice it together into something worth downloading, but I make no promises 
Can only play with T1 and crap for skills for so long, too many fights I have to pass up, or just get slaughtered in, for lack of being good for anything. This evolution is long overdue, and conveniently I had a spare char slot and nothing to train on another one of my accounts

Good video, the people whining about getting killed by a 200k sp pirat, when flying their caracals, can stick their fluffy pink carebearing comments where the sun don't shine..
Im using this video to try and convert some of my irl-m8s from that ungodly Wow to Eve.. :)
This vid should poke holes in their last argument, that pvp in eve only is for people who have played for a long time.

Isn't pvp in wow level-based? like to the point it's near impossible to beat an older character? Seems they haven't really thought this through

Great fights, great camera work!  I thought the second song was aaargh! but the last one made up for it. The last few minutes I really enjoyed.
Looks like that Maulus wasn't using its bonus. I would probably have gone for it first, a bit paranoid about EW.
Really, pure class. You should look up Ziva Daria's Punisher tribute if you haven't seen it already, different race, exact same idea. Can't recommend it enough, one of my favourite EVE movies ever.

Haven't seen it actually, downloading now.
As for the maulus, that engagement was actually my first kills with this character at 14 hours old. The merlin was something 4 months old, the maulus closer to 2, knowing the merlin had more of a tank a bit more firepower if used properly, and likely better loot, I wanted him down first assuming he was the actual threat, and then the maulus if he stuck around as a bonus. Was a good gamble as it turned out, rarely do you see EW ships using their boni while ratting, if i had an ISK for every shield tanked celestis I've killed...
And by the way, I rule you.

i do believe this is a pirating video, when you pirate someone you generally avoid someone who can kill you.

Typically speaking I stray away from the ones that WILL kill me, the ones that CAN usually make for a cool fight
And yes, make an alt, nuke some carebears, takes the edge off nicely
