As the topic states,looking for a fun caldari ship.
The ship needs to:
-semi-difficult to catch
-relatively cheap(under 100 mill)
-it's able to blow up cruisers and bellow

Caldari ships that are fun to fly, in my opinion:
Condor, Crow, Raptor, Merlin, Hookbill, Ferox.
I bet a Hawk would be fun to fly, too, but I haven't gotten into one of those yet.
Not all of these would normally be able to kill cruisers, but you never know...

i killed my first crusier today today in pvp with a kestrel heh, and u can fit it for les than 2million its easy as pie
not to mention u can make it go up to 600mps

Your gonan have to deal with a tradeoff somewhere. Fast = Less firepower but More firepower = bigger/slower ship
You can experiment with a Moa or Caracal with an mwd but I would recomend an Assault frig. Hawks and Harpys have great resistances and a decent ammount of firepower. It would take you a while to kill a cruiser in one but they wont be able to break your tank if you have the peoper skills and fittings.

Poping enemy ore cans with a manticore is kinda fun :\
Its also more than capable of poping cruisers aslong as you have a tackler.

Nano Drake - 1 WMD, 3 nanos, 1 t2 bcu, 7 cheapo heavy/assualt launchers, 1 scramb tank to taste in mids.
Insure it and you shouldnt lose much when you got pop. If you use t2 missiles + launchers on it, it'll be fantastic but unfortunalty they're still obscenly expensive.

ferox IMHO. fit it for passive tank and see what you can slap to bits (which is quite a lot)

Harpy. You can do nice dps and/or nice range, and you get the fantastic instant damage.
But if you are already focused on missles, then a drake will work.

I'm rather enjoying my Hawk. DPS isn't fantastic, but the tank's pretty killer with the right fitting.

Hawk is good, but I prefer the Harpy for PvP. Good range and damage depending on ammo used, and is still relativly cheap to fit. But like all T2 ships, insurance is a joke.
