So your either saying that (apart fomr the entosing) it was somehow different at another time, or that you somehow think it could be better if something is done differently. Either way you're wrong. People have been complaining about stagnant "null sec" for the entire 8 years I've been playing, probably for the whole time. POS SOV, Dominion, Fozzie SOV, Drone Russian Federation, Northern Coalition, Greater BoB Community, Goons/CfC/Imperium etc etc, it's all been pretty much the same. The people complaining about stagnation (and 'blue donuts also) are the same people not doing anything about making it not be stagnant while others of us are actually playing and having fun in null sec. About the main issue here. Bottom line, no, you can't make people fight you, and no change to any game mechanic or reward scheme is going to change human nature. People being people, they won't take a fight if they aren't sure of a win.

Technically, nullsec was not meant to have a purpose designated by the game creators. Hence the term "null". If you think there should be more conflict in nullsec, you'll have to go out there and create one. Bring back DEEEEP Space!

There isn't constant war because always actively fighting in wars is not an economically feasible tactic. If the major alliances always did that, eventually their resources would not be able to keep up with all the ships and modules being lost, leaving some newcomer able to take territory piece by piece while the bigger alliances and Corps spread themselves too thin. If you want war, why don't you go stir a nest of Drifters in the Incursions, or join an Incursion fleet in general?

I've lived in Fade, Pure Blind and Deklein for four and a half years now, and I haven't seriously ratted past my first month (barring the month I spent getting my sec status back in to the green shortly before Burn Jita 2, never again , and a few odd days every year or so when I forget how miserable it is and try it again only to immediately stop again), and I've been able to find plenty to do. The issue is a lot of things in EvE require a decent amount of effort to co-ordinate (big wars for example can burn out a lot of the guys running it due to all the admin duties) so if you are just sitting back and demanding content, you are requiring other people to expend effort for your fun. Be pro-active; sure, you wont be able (or trusted) to run a multi-month war without some experience behind you, but nothing is stopping you taking a roam out. Speak to your corp (alliance, coalition) mates, and you'll quickly find some like-minded folks that you can go and find trouble with. You indicate you are in Goonswarm - have you looked in to the various sigs? I am personally in two sigs that are currently deployed to different areas of the map, and another that is sending fleets daily (even 2 or 3 times a day) out from our current main staging station.
