Why don't CCP just come out and be honest about it - EVE is now an RMT game, sanctioned, condoned and supported by CCP.
Of course once they realise that IGE are actually in competition with the GTC RMT then maybe they'll think again about helping publicise ISK sellers like Allakhazam...
Looking at that site, I do not see one ISK selling advertisement or any links to purchase or hints on where to purchase in-game currency.
In fact, you are promoting it more than Allakhazam is right now.

They are owned by the Parent company of IGE, not IGE. That is completely different than being owned by IGE.

Posts discussing moderation (like why this post was stickied) should go to [email protected]. Ive removed the posts concerning why the thread was stickied, and if you think it was the wrong decision, you should mail us and tell us why. We wont discuss moderation here since its not allowed by the forum rules.

You've also just deleted a number of posts that had nothing to do with the moderation of this thread that contained links to other sites offering similar services that have been around for a long time.
The links to other sites were removed since they were part of discussing moderation, and the debate over why this post was stickied. Feel free to repost them again if you just want to share their existence with the rest of the players.

CCP does not support portals or networks with known associations to RMT traders and have made this stance known to all such sites that have approached either Pann or myself for support. That is the reason why portals such as Coldfront and Ten Ton Hammer appear in the Community Fansite listing and others are conspicuously absent.
I am locking this thread. The decision to keep the thread open and apply a sticky to it were made in error and for that I apologize. It was an error that will not be duplicated in the future.
