It was a routine afternoon where my corpmate Kattan and I went to Amarr hoping to find some evil slavers to kill. We found a member of the Vulpayne Conglomarte corperation, a corp which has declared war on us, and as normal we found him in a station. As the Vulpayne's have done numerous times, our so called enemy would not leave the station so we moved on.
Looking around nearby systems we found our hunt turning to boredom. Seen as terrorists to the Amarr empire the only attention we could find was from pirates in sarum prime.
Then one of our friend Aknoush Ryo informed us that Hardin from Pie was on his tail. We set our autopilots to Resbroko praying that we would make it to our friend in time.
We got there just before Hardin had decided to leave. Hardin had our friend outside a station and blew up his ship due to the fact that we had been called in to help...so he claims. Hardin and another pie member by the name of ciar were there and we challenged them to avenge our friends loss.
Kattan and I awaited at a planet, with the crews of our ships ready to turn our guns and launchers loose. Hardin warped to us in his apoc and I ordered my electronic section of my crew to target jam him, while kattan did the same to the crew of his carcal. Ciar came seconds after hardin and I ordered my warp disrupting unit of my rupture crew to lock his cruiser down.
My guns and missiles unleashed on ciar as we had hardin successfully jammed. As Ciar's ship was near destruction I noticed I was taking hits from hardin's swarm of drones. I turned on the shield booster and turned my guns to the drones letting Kattan finish off a crumbling Amarr ship.
Losing cap I could not lock hardin down from warping so he flew away. Ciar lost his ship and has found he's clone is not the same as himself as an original.
As soliders for freedom we must continue to fight the slave drivers coming into our space attempting to steal our people. We must drive them out and burst into their home space to free our enslaved brothers and sisters. Fight for freedom and fight without fear of death and victory will be ours....just as it has been on this day!!!

Edited by: Akunosh Ryo on 03/12/2003 00:10:18 Was pretty funny to see Hardin panic and blow my ship up after he was Malakah and Kattan of Mishfahak enter Resbroko.
Oh and Ciar didn't go down in flames of glory. So don't start that he did a glorious thing for the oh so intelligent Emperor. A once retired pilot, now, once again helping those that fight the good fight. |

Edited by: Ciar Meara on 03/12/2003 11:18:28 Indeed my ship exploded, my auguror, fitted for a simple raid on some convoy's was no match for a rupture and a caracall.
I knew the chances of me getting out alive would be slim at best, but it gave me a chance to study the way Mishfahak fights and holds up to laser fire.
I look forward to the next encounter! Let us hope by then war is declared and fighting does not need to be arranged as if it was a date.
PS: I payed for my defeat with the destruction of my pod, not because I was unable to warp out but because my penance of failure Akunosh, it was you who declared war on us do not be suprised that you get shot at in the process.

A different perspective:
It had been a boring day for Hardin. He had just finished his daily slave run and was looking for things to do.
After a few moments contemplation he decided to visit his Ammatar agents and see if they had anything exciting for him. So setting his Apocalypse up for fast travel (7 Overdrives, 1 MWD and 1 Afterburner) Hardin set couse for Berta and headed for the jump gate at 4,000 m/s cruising speed.
Two very quick missions later and Hardin was in possession of two rare Perception Implants worth over 17.5 million isk each.
"I must be the luckiest man alive" he thought. "Those agents have been bloody cruel to me lately and then they give me two implants in a row. I think this deserves a little celebration - But first I need to sell 'em"
Hardin never had difficulty selling his Perception Implants there was always a ready demand and he had found that the best place was Yulai as they always sold quickly there.
20 minutes later and Hardin was 35 million isk richer and wondering what he could do to celebrate.
"Damn the Gallente *****house is always good fun but those isk's wont last me long in there. and I really should save a little for a 'stormy' day. Maybe I should just head to Amarr and rent a holoreel instead."
Hardin was just undocking when suddenly there a loud clang reverberated around the Apoc. This was followed by a horrible scraping noise that made Hardin wince.
Checking his console Hardin was just in time to see an wayward Minmatar Industrial dissappear past him and into warp.
"Godamn it. I hate bad drivers and I hate bad Minmatar drivers even more" he exclaimed to his First Lieutenant. "Right... I want some retribution. Set course for Hek!"
Hardin had been hearing about a new Minmatar terrorist known as Akunosh Ryo who apparently used Hek as his base.
Travelling to Minmatar space was a risky business for Hardin as his ship was still in its mission setup and he was wanted by the the Republic Navy.
But the incident with the Minmatar hauler had stirred his blood and he decided he wanted someone to pay!
Just two jumps from Yulai, Hek was quickly reached and sure enough the Minmatar Navy immediately opended fire on the Apoc.
But Hardin knew the Hek system well, it having been the scene of some great PIE triumphs over Oracle, so he immediately warped to a safe spot and scanned local.
Happily the Minmatar terrorist Akunosh Ryo was in local so Hardin started a search. A few seconds later the local comm channel spluttered into life: "Well if it ain't the PIE boy come to visit".
Damn Hardin was rumbled. The terrorist would probably run and hide. But Hardin was incorrect in this assumption. "I am just heading to Resbroko to buy some ammo in my Rifter" Akunoush stated over the local channel.
"Weird" exclaimed Hardin to his Bridge crew. "Either this Minmatar has balls of steel or else he is lying to me about being in a Rifter and is laying some kind of trap for me. Well lets test this trap shall we."
Hardin immediately set course for Resbroko and jumped to the system's only station. Sure enough a few minutes later Akunosh Ryo warped in a Rifter.
"Damn it! As much as I hate the Minmatar I can't shoot this guy when he is on his own and only flying a frig. There is no honour in it" thought Hardin.
So unmolested, Akunosh flew straight past the Apoc and docked. "Maybe I should let PIE know of this and someone can come up in a smaller ship and kill this terrorist Minnie"
Hardin's call was answered by Captain Ciar Meara who happened to be close by destroying Minmatar convoys in Pator. Ciar was flying an Auguror which as everyone knows is the weakest of Amarr cruisers barely better than a well equpped frigate.
"Ciar will have no scruples about killing this terrorist" thought Hardin. About 5 minutes later Ciar arrived in the system and was just warping to the station when Akunosh undocked,
Hardin tracked the Minmatar away from the station following him closely but not firing when suddenly...
"Sir, it's two Mishfakah pilots. Malakah and Katan," shouted the radar operator.
"Hah, I knew this was too good to be true. This Akunosh is obviously in league with these terrorists and notified them of where I was as soon as he saw me. Well he shall pay for his insolence. Open fire - all guns!"
Five shots later and the Minmatar terrorist was sitting in his pod!
Ciar had by now arrived at the station. "Okay, lets find these two Mishfakah terrorists now" said Ciar.
"Yes check the planets"
Planet 1.... clear
Planet 2.... clear
Planet 3.... clear
Warping to planet 4...
Ciar arrived at planet 4 first. "They are here" he shouted excitedely. "Almost there" hardin replied.
The Apoc dropped out of warp and spotted two Minmatar cruisers already engaging Ciar in his Auguror.
"Lock on and prepare to open fire" shouted Hardin... "Let's teach these Minnies a lesson!"
"Sir, sir we can't get a lock!" exclai

"Sir, sir we can't get a lock!" exclaimed the gunnery officer. "We are setup for missions not for anti-EW."
"Dammit, Ciar - Get out of here. There is no point fighting them if we are just going to be jammed."
"Can't get away Hardin. The torps and missiles disrupting my warp... Why didn't I bring my Armageddon. This crappy ship's gonna blow... Look after my clone for me! Ciar out!"
*BOOM*
"Navigation get us out of here", snapped Hardin.
"Aaaargghhh... this is all my fault! If I had setup properly this would never have happened. Orderly remind me to transfer some isks to Ciar's clone when it is reanimated."
"Maybe I can still get some revenge thought" Hardin. "I am sure we did some damage to one of the Minnies. Set course to the station - maybe we can catch them with their pants down"
"Sir, its Malakah about to dock"
"Open fire"
"Sir, Gunnery here - we are not jammed - recording hits on Malakah sir."
"Sir, Tactical here - We are now in range of the station's sentry guns. Taking damage. Shields wont last long. Advise retreat."
"****. Cease fire - get us out of here! We can't risk the Apoc for one Minnie terrorist."
"Comms make the following announcement in local: 'Enjoy you victory Minmatars because it will surely be your last!'"
"Navigation - set course Amarr"
"First Lieutenant take command. I am retiring to my ready room."
Hardin's Journal Entry for the day:
Made 35 million isk from Perception Implants. Send thank you bribe to my Amattarr agents. Destroyed Minnie terrorist in Rifter frigate. Lost Auguror class cruiser to enemy action. Recommend Captain Ciar Meara for 'Distinguished Service' medal.

Your pod must be very crowded, Hardin. Most people in this day and age control their ship through a neural interface, whilst suspended, alone, in their life pod.
Or are your crewmen hand puppets?

Bah just like a Minmatar to rely on technology.
I prefer to rely on human responses and instinct.
My Apoc has enough space for a massive crew and I enjoy the company.
I even carry a few slaves to swab the decks. Unfortunately, they do not have accesss to cloning facilities. Think of that next time you open fire on me!

PIE are pleased to announce that Malakah of Mishfahak was summarily executed by Admiral Golan Trevize for crimes against PIE and the Amarr Empire when she was caught flying a Rupture today in Illamur.
The engagement took place after Admiral Trevize cornered the Minmatar terrorist at a jumpgate. Despite being subjected to a barrage from the sentry guns the PIE pilot succesfully destroyed the Minmatar's ship.
He said, "Let no Minmatar think that attacks on the Amarr Empire and its residents will go unpunished. Malakah paid a heavy price for her terrorism today! We shall continue to thwart Minmatar terrorists wherever we find them."

Um....sorry hardin but you forget that your commander didn't finish me off. Yes my ship was destroyed and crew lost but my pod escaped.
I'm finding more and more that you amarr men have a hard time finishing the job...I pity Amarrian women for this...knowing this problem exists on more than the battlefield...
But yes my rupture was destroyed at a gate today...but it was by a pilot in an Apoc....really that doesn't take too much skill even with the sentry guns abolishing his shields. Go ahead and pat yourself on the back....but you will see me soon enough...
Oh and btw I am no accepting applications to fill the positions for my new ship...

The ship matters not.
What matters is this Minmatar terrorist lost her ship...
Malakah herself has previously admitted attacking helpless Amarr haulers and others in her campaign for 'freedom'.
She cannot go around proclaiming her 'victories' and not expect consequences.
Indeed Ph0enix we did not complain when your fellow Oracle pilots killed a few of our inattentive Bestower pilots.

Rupture & 2 sentry guns vs Golan Trevize in the PIE flagship...
I agree Ph0enix, it was no match at all.
It might please you to know that I had combat refused by a member of the PFOM in his Tempest some minutes later, in the very same system.
Truth be told he had engaged our Admiral previously, and wisely installed mwd as to be able to run better.
Live to fight another day, he told me, and I dont hold that against him ;) ----------------------------------------------

Hardin,
You always bring up points that have nothing to do with threads. Where did I say I do not expect consequences for my actions against those partaking in slavery? And yes I have admitted to attacking any Amarrians...though I have re-evalutated that position and am currently deciding where I stand with the Amarrian race.
I hate slavery with everything that is in me...but killing innocents, I have learned, is not the way to stop slavery. I will continue to strike any who I believe are involved with slavery...
And Hardin...you act as though blowing up my rupture is such a huge accomplishment....you still ignore the fact that I live as an orginal...though your "empire soliders" have had many chances of sending me through the underworld to a cloning factory. Even you Hardin are not the Hardin you began as...maybe that's why you forget such importance details....
I will give golan credit though....he did blow my ship to rubble under fire of the sentry guns...even though his ship could take much abuse even from the sentries...he stood strong...
....Giving me more reason to buy a tempest to prove the superior pilots lie within the freedom fighting corps...though I know I would not even come close to matching the pilots of Oracle...with names such as Hippey, Acwron, Phoenix, Macumba, and many others....
One day I will meet you with an equal ship and you will quiver as your apocs are filled with holes falling from existence.....

Ay a rupture is no match for a Apocalypse but this war is not about fair fights, this is about thwarting terrorism and killing enemy shipping.
Please Malakah get that Tempest though it is no match for the superior craftsmanship of the Amarr, then i will give you lesson 2 and this time i will not spare your pod , the only reason you survived this time was that i had to choose between podding you or loose my ship and trusting crew.

There is a difference.
The superior craftmanship is produced with the whips and other disciplinary measures of Amarrian masters.
