Hmmm... lemme see.
Nanoreplication Less workers. Less workers More unemployment. More unemployment poor underclass. Poor underclass Lots and lots of desperate people. Lots and lots of desperate people Civil unrest. Civil unrest Revolution. Revolution Bye bye government.
Most certainly an oversimplification, but I think it clearly demonstrates why regimes might be looking to keep the workforce working. The only other way to keep angry proletariat off the streets is to put them on someone else's streets by starting a war.
We don't want that now, do we? Or maybe you do... Maybe this is what all your Gallente posturing is really about? You've put most of your workforce out to pasture, and now they're getting angry?

And Hardin...you act as though blowing up my rupture is such a huge accomplishment....
Sorry, this, from a person who had started two separate threads on GalNet the previous day proclaiming victories, made me chuckle.
Quote:
Hardin my victory posts had to do about a fight with 2 cruisers vs a battleship and cruiser and cruisers one on one....to me those seem like decent numbers for a battle. Pelsson fought me bravely putting a few holes in my rupture, though I cannot say the same of the incident with you and ciar...you did have us out powered in ships....whether you were equipped or not.
My rupture was lost to an apoc....I didn't stand a chance...and both you and I know that...if you have noticed I have never posted about myself blowing up amarr frigates...I have posted my own ship losses more than battles where I had the upper hand.
But once again Golan did blow me up under fire of the sentry guns...soemthing even the "mighty" hardin is not brave enough to do....

M¦lady.... Mr.Hardin our belowed CEO, is a lover not a fighter, the Lady Miso and his mighty guns is a testament to that.
Therefore he has the likes of Cmdr. Caya, Cpt. Riseth Cmdr. Lazarus and of course me to do his "dirty" work.
The Gallente ideals of Freedom, Liberty and Equality will be met by the Amarr realities of Lasers, Armor and Battleships. |

Excuse me? I have hair, charisma and a sense of humour, therefore I'm not an Amarr.
I do not keep slaves.
Watch where you're hurling those accusations, chap, you'll have some poor bugger's eye out.

Wrong. You are simply a pretender, and a poor one at that. Compared to my CEO Hardin, you end up looking like nothing but a wannabe.
I, on the other hand, fit your archetype perfectly. Though you should add bloodlust to it. ----------------------------------------------

I usually keep my nose out of such discusions as I have little interest in the fate of slavery, or slaves for that matter. But, with that one statement you fly in the face of all that is Caldari old boy!
The charisma and sense of humor in Caldari men is no doubt the most refined and appealing to be found in all the races this universe holds. Not to mention the hair! The word "perfection" comes to mind. If you're lucky enough to find an Amarr who is not bald you will also find course, narly, greasy hair matted to an odd-shaped skull. Hair much akin to what those Gallente chaps attempt to grow on their face.
Mr. Hardin has, through much hard work, elevated himself to just high enough status in the world of womanizing and the playboy lifestyle to be just recently be granted access to most Caldari social clubs. I say most because, obviously, places like The Slippery Wisker and Dirty Moe's Oyster Bar only open their doors to true masters of the art.
And, I assure you, Mr. Hardin's recent climb is in no way attributed to his hair.
Cheers.
