Been trying for a while now but Career Agent in Uitra VI State War Academy not giving out missions. I completed the two Military agents but the Industry Agent won't give me a mission now for a couple of weeks. I have a standing with him of 2.5 and never done any missions with him before. Just don't understand it.... |

How do you know the previous owner of your character didn't run those missions?

Yeah, show info on that Agent and select the standings tab. Scroll down and you'll see the agents personal standing towards you. If it's positive standing, then you've worked for the agent in the past. If it's negative standing, then a mission was failed and no more access. If it's neutral (0.00) standing, then the agent should be available.
Anyway, there's other Career Agents available.

Yep the standing displayed when you talk to the agent is not the actual agent standing it is effective best standing taking into account corp and faction standing. |

No, not in Faction Warfare. Just trying to build up skill points with the career agents...
I was under the impression that you can do career agents as many times as you want. Seems not so now. |

Then you can't mission for that agent. State War Academy is the FW militia NPC corp. Join Caldari FW, and you can mission for them. |

Uhm, no. SWA is one of the three Caldari starter corps. The Caldari FW corp is State Protectorate. SWA agents who are not career agents are regular agents who can be run repeatedly. |

Nope that is Epic Arc agents like Sister Alitura for the SOE arc. You can repeat the Epic Arcs once every 3 months.
You get to run Career agents just once at each school. There are however 12 schools (3 for each faction) so if you want to wander about you can do each Career Arc 12 times, once at each school.
If you are absolutely certain this character has never run that particular Career Agent before lodge a support ticket and they will reset it for you. |

Not really certain at all but you may be correct as this player is bought and may have completed this career agent before.
