Oops. Well spotted, sir. We messed up there, and the person responsible has been shot. We have corrected the stats and posted a PDF page on EVEFILES - the link is here http://eve-files.com/dl/81982
A thousand apologies.

I don't mean to be rude but you do get people to proof read these mags before printing don't you?
Yes we do, but sometimes things go wrong. Please see earlier post for link to updated page.

Originally by: Fi T'Zeh As an editor in RL i sympathise with the pain felt when your lovely mag lands on your desk from the printers and you notice some horrible glaring error. It's far worse noticing it yourself than any amount of crap others might dish out...
Can't wait for my copy, to reassure myself I'm not the only one who makes the occaisional school boy error...
Thank you. You are of course quite right. We endeavour, every issue, to produce the perfect, error-free magazine, and sometimes we get close. But to see errors when it is too late is painful. Just makes us try harder, though, and that is what we will do...

Originally by: Seramyr l'Ethia Very nice indeed; I've been thumbing through it for the better part of PoliSci 263 lecture. Tuition money at work.
As an aside, quick unrelated question: If I buy a one-year subscription to EON and select #005 as my specified issue does that mean the three subsequent issues pass over #007, which is also selectable? I assume not, but it's strange wording.
If you start a subscription with issue #005, you will receive that and the three subsequent issues, so #005, #006, #007 and #008.

Not yet, no. Copies to the US and Canada shipped on Weds and Thurs last week. Even for Priority Airmail we are quoted 5-8 days for delivery, dependant on where you are in relation to the airport of entry.
Patience will reward you with untold riches. Well, 80 pages of riches... :)

Originally by: Jenson Cole Xi. What's the average return on Email response? Still waiting on the response on two emails sent concerning issue 6.
Generally the response is within 24 hours, sometimes withing 24 minutes. But... we do have a rather over-zealous spam filter to cut out all the rubbish (hence no autoresponder, as phishers sniff those out).
Right now, all customer service emails have been responded to. If you have not received a response in the last 24 hours, please email again, and we will resolve whatever problem has arrisen.

Are E-On 2-5 still available by any chance? I got 1 and then never got any of the others, may have to start collecting.
Yes, they are. We currently still have back copies of all issues.
