LV has build two titans during this war and a lot of other stuff probably. ( At least the gossips here said there is a 2nd at least ^^ ) RA surely won't have the biggest capital-fleet that's true, but they pulled several other alliance into that war, e.g. the massive number of Goons that allowed them surely to get some room to build-up their capital fleet in Cache again. BoB, D2, maybe. CTD/con-loss vs. log-out. A proposal for a fix.
