As for the privateers I saw a few of them... they do exist... though they seem to greatly vary in skill from player to player but let some more war pass before I pass judgement

I would say this is false information :)
Mainly because everyone knows this :D All those systems are blobbed now so we have hard time forming up a gang to fight so I would say they are far from the best places :P
You know that as you are the mean privateers tha feed of us you should be looking for us instead of the other way around right?

Majority of AE is in Syndicate, however given the dec a few of us are daily patrolling between Rens Hek Oursulaert Orvole and the routes in between those places.

Edit: small means small but if many peeps in EvE did do you could keep providing us with empire fun without having to shed corps... in my case you decced in between jobs and while hauling stuff from one end of EvE to the other so the dec was rly IT. Kept EvE fun in what should have been a really boring week.
