Has anyone seen these and can provide information on what they are like for stats, for ship types and there numbers, etc?
I've tried locating some last night but do to shortness of time I was unable to locate one. I'm just looking for more information and besides we should have thread to relay useful info about it for the public.
Also, before anyone says move this to "live events", the last post in there as from like a month ago... so no. Not to be cruel but I want this to be posted somewhere where people actually see it, and will respond to it. |

Similar to the blood raider event, kill 3 waves of Frigs, then take the acc. gate, kill 3 waves of Cruisers, kill the final Battlecruiser, loot, profit. You get one Quafe zero plus 2 clothes guaranteed, plus random stuff. Can be done easily with a T3D.

Sweet thank you. They seem to be appearing less often than the blood raider ones, is that true? |

This seems like the case to me as well, though I guess it's too early to tell.
Those BR sites seemed to be everywhere, where as I've seen exactly 1 Frostline Site so far (and that was after me passing through 2 regions chasing escalation sites), |

Honestly, is it necessary for you to gather intel beforehand just so you have it easier to run the sites, because you can't risk not succeeding?

I went looking yesterday and of the 4 sites I came across, I ended up running two while waiting for someone to come shoot me. The other two sat for quite a while before anyone completed them.
Currently they seem to spawn at a lower rate than the Crimson Harvest sites and so far don't seem to be quite as popular to run.

Out of 5 sites, I've only had one drop something other than the clothing/quafe, and that was a Synth frentix booster (est price 1m).
If nothing else, those Quafe addicts out there will be getting their fixes a bit cheaper. Silver linings, and all... |

Did 30 jumps looking for one.....didnt get one, had two then spawn as I was doing exploration, cleared the rats apart from the last wave, AF comes in, grabs the last rat. and the loot
That site of course, is bound to have been the one which dropped something apart from the t-shirts and quafe zero.

I saw someone say they found 7 in a wormhole in chat.
I'd guess they are very much like the blood ones, where they pop up randomly and collect in dead systems. I saw 3 or 4 yesterday including 1 in jita
I'd try hitting the map and selecting show active pilots in space and heading to the empty systems.

I decide on my final destination, then I open map (bit hard now the map is upside down lol) and plot in a route visiting different systems, normaly covering 2-3 regions - there is alot of back tracking that way, but oh well i have had happen to me when jumping back to system I just came from a site had spawned, so i don't really mind.
On the first night it was a "small" tour of about 80 jumps, found 5 sites 3 of them had ppl running them so left , the last 2 i got beaten to loot
Second night i did a "big" tour of 103 jumps both ways - on the way out I found 4 sites each gave the female and male clothing thingy + 1 quafe Zero booster nothing else. Took pretty much same route back and not a single site. Ohh well why same way back? cause I think it is random how they spawn and I chilled a bit at my "mid point".
So my experience is that they spawn pretty much the like the blood raider sites (blood raiders sites i had to do about 15 jumps to 20 jumps - including back tracking) to find a site. So I guess it depends on your luck :)
Have seen ppl run them in confessors, hecats, worms, sacrilege, gila, vexors, moas, cerberus, so hmmm they are not that difficult, just takes bit longer than the blood raider sites.
I think they are just as popular as the blood raider sites to run, I have only had 1 site were ppl didn't land on site, but fun to see who is best and get loot |

It helps to find systems where few people go. In a null constellation with very poor truesec I found 7 sites.
Haven't have much luck with the loot though. Done about 20 in total and the best drop was a named entosis bpc and a couple of synth boosters. |

1st day I did 3 sites got the usual clothes/quafe + rf-903 ( 120 milll) +womans vise cybernetic arm (black ringed right)
today i ran 26 sites , got the usual clothes/quafe + 1 synth frentix , 1 synth mindflood , 2 womans green dresses.
with the inevitable price drop of the normal drop ( quafe - 40% already ) this is rapidly becoming a pointless exercise.
All were run in WH space , ships used were drake , confessor , ishtar ( the fastest and easiest ) ( obviously the ships were 1 at a time ) |

The Frostline sites are the same difficulty no matter where they're located, as far as I know!
Scan all sigs in system, find wormhole, jump in, check your overview for Frostline sites, bookmark exit, run sites and try not to die to other pilots.

Last night I went on a roam to a bunch of random low population highsec areas didn't see a single site. was on my way back when I found a site and ran it uncontested 2 jumps from jita. got a vindicator bpc out of it.
After that I went on a WH roam with some other SC members. ran a few in highsec while looking for a WH, also did a guristas 4/10. Eventually found a wormhole with 5 sites, another with 2, and a few with 0. Got a dress and a skirt out of it. Was with 2 others and we rotated drops, neither of them got anything outside of the normal drops aka M + F shirt and a quafe zero.
on comms a member reported seeing a lot of sites out in 0.0. With the highly random nature of the drops it almost seems better to just ignore them and continue on with day to day activities. Although it sounds like as we get closer to Christmas the drops might change?

Vexor is overkill, honestly you could afk it. if your super worried about ship losses, fit warp core stabs.
remember to bring up Directional Scan (perhaps watch a youtube if your not sure how)
Also check zKill - to check if anyone has died in the wormhole your in. especially anyone dying with serpentis rats adding to the dmg count & appearing in the list of killers.
Make safe spots - check youtube
echoing the opinion that the sites are the same globally, whether run in HS, LS Null or WH its the same site.
good luck!

Last week did my first operation frostline site somewhere in hisec, got an implant worth 150mil with the clothing/quafe lootdrop. Haven't gotten any 'shiny' lootdrops since from the event sites. Tho, I am swimming in clothes. Found a WH with around 6-8 sites, and they kept respawning. Was easy in a Hecate. Doing it in a Vexor would be easy aswell. Frigate with long range weaponry/speed tank would be doable aswell, but slow. Have fun ^^

I've gotten jack sh*t from the handful of Operation Frostline sites I've run in high-sec. Glad to hear other players are at least having some fun/luck with them, though.
I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.

I got a PLEX from a highsec site, but that was just some RNG jackpot. Highsec OF sites are hard to find, hard to succeed and pointless to win.
I kinda expected a little more fun for my efforts after spending 3 days traveling 400+ systems.
Of course, CCP would claim that we should be going to WHs. And then I would ask them to pay their salaries from WH subscriptions alone, too.
CCP Seagull: "EVE should be a universe where the infrastructure you build and fight over is as player driven and dynamic as the EVE market is now".
62% of players: "We're not interested. May we have Plan B, please?"
CCP Seagull: "What Plan B?"
